Eggup – New “Default Report”

When reviewing the results of the Soft Skills Assessments sent via Eggup, it is now possible to download the Default Report. This report is designed to be shared with the respondent and provides personalized insights on strengths and areas for improvement, with content focused on self-development and professional growth.

It differs from the HR report, which is instead designed for recruiters and HR professionals and presents the results in a more concise and comparative way, with a focus on data and indicators useful for evaluation during the interview process.



Ondemand Form Settings – Automatic Form Completion Deadline

It is now possible to set a deadline for completing Ondemand forms sent to candidates following a change in a specific job status.

When automatic form sending is enabled, users can define a default number of days (which can be modified when sending the form) that is suggested at the time of the status change. Once the set period has expired, candidates will no longer be able to access or complete the form, improving control over recruitment process timelines.


Interview Notes Export: “Responsible User” Field Added

An update has been released for the export of interview notes (a feature available upon request), introducing two new columns that identify the company user responsible for adding the note, through their email address and User ID.

This enhancement aims to improve information traceability and the readability of exported data.


Sharing Candidate Lists with External Users – Enhanced Messaging

The messaging system for sharing candidate lists with external users has been enhanced, introducing new template customization options. In initial sharing messages, a new placeholder for the job title is now available (when the candidate list is associated with a job posting), allowing it to be included or excluded in the notification based on the selected configuration.

Additionally, the message template sent to external users in case of updates to a shared list is now configurable from Settings > Messages > Candidate sharing > Candidate added to a shared list. This allows users to customize the content and include the dedicated login URL for external users again.

WhatsApp is one of the most widely used channels among candidates, and we know how highly anticipated this integration is. For this reason, we are pleased to share that the feature is officially under development and will be available on your platform soon.


The goal is to expand the ways you can connect with candidates, offering a smoother and more immediate experience through communication on a well‑known and always‑active channel.

Inda Gen Interview Summary

We are preparing a new INDA feature designed to simplify the post‑interview phase after a recruiter‑led interview: a system that automatically generates a summary of the interview transcript.


It transforms every interview into structured, actionable insights. By uploading the interview transcript (e.g. from Teams or Google Meet), Inda generates a multi‑layered summary: an immediate snapshot to support decision‑making, the main strengths and critical points, and an in‑depth analysis aligned with the job description and the candidate’s profile. This allows recruiters to move faster, reduce bias, and build a consistent and comparable evaluation for each candidate.


Inda – Natural Language Candidate Search

Searching for profiles will soon become even more intuitive thanks to a new feature that allows users to enter a request in natural language and obtain accurate results without complex configurations.


INDA will automatically interpret the entered sentence and convert it into a Boolean query, maintaining the precision of structured search while offering the simplicity of a conversation.


A more modern and immediate way to find the right candidates—ideal for those who want to speed up their search without sacrificing accuracy.
