Eggup - Soft Skill Assessment (Add-on)

The integration with Eggup (Zucchetti Group), the digital assessment service for analyzing and improving soft skills through questionnaires and personalized feedback, is available on Inrecruiting.

Thanks to this integration, it is possible to send targeted questionnaires to candidates in order to measure and map their soft skills, evaluate their profiles more effectively, and ensure the selection of the most suitable candidate for a given position.

Starting from a candidate’s profile

or from a specific cluster,

it is possible to send the selected assessment from those available.

The candidate will receive an email with a direct link to complete the questionnaire, or they can choose to do it later by accessing the dedicated soft skills section in their personal area on Inrecruiting.

Recruiters can then view the results by opening the questionnaire directly from the candidate’s profile, in the section dedicated to the Eggup integration, where they will find an overview of the assessments sent to the candidate and a preview of the results obtained for each one.

Within each questionnaire, it will be possible to view the individual scores related to the soft skills assessed and access the Coverage Index, which represents the percentage of alignment and overall coverage of the candidate with respect to the skills included in the assessment.

All these parameters and results are examined in depth and presented in detail—through descriptions, numerical measurements, and visual charts—within a report that can be downloaded in PDF format.

How to activate the integration
The integration can be tested with a free trial, allowing up to 25 assessments to be sent and 5 reports to be downloaded, or it can be added via API to your Inrecruiting plan as an add-on with a custom-built package.
