Customising iFrames with your own graphic style
A new function is available that allows you to upload a customised CSS file to change the look and feel of the iFrames integrated into your company website.
Thanks to this new feature, it will be possible to
- customise colours, fonts, layouts and other graphic elements of your published vacancies
- align the appearance of the iFrame with your corporate branding
- offer a consistent and professional user experience
This gives customers more flexibility to make the iFrame seamlessly integrated with their own site.
For more information on the described functionality and its configuration, please consult the dedicated article in our online help available here, or contact your account manager.
Entering Candidate Helpdesk emails
In the General Settings section of Inrecruiting, there is a new menu item called ‘Candidate Helpdesk’, in which each client must enter a mandatory email address to which candidates can send support requests.
This new feature will allow each customer to
- better manage their candidates' requests
- offer faster and more personalised support
- improve the overall experience of job applicants
Coming soon
Inrecruiting domain name change
Over the next few weeks the top level domain name for access to Inrecruiting will be changed from intervieweb.it to inrecruiting.com.
The result of this change will be a change of all access links to Inrecruiting from the current format ‘companyname@intervieweb.it’ to ‘companyname@inrecruiting.com’.
We specify that this change will not result in any functional changes compared to what has been offered so far.
Further details will be provided in the coming days.
The new RAL field
With the introduction of the new European Equal Pay and Pay Transparency Directive, companies will be required to disclose the expected RAL (Gross Annual Salary) for a position before the interview, without the candidate having to ask for it.
To help you comply with this legislation, we will introduce a new field on Inrecruiting dedicated to the RAL when creating the vacancies.
This field will allow you to
- indicate the amount of the RAL, either in point form or as a range;
- specify the currency;
- define the reference period (e.g. daily, monthly, yearly).
All details will be available in the next Release Notes.
