Conversa PreScreen: the AI assistant for pre‑screening interviews

Conversa PreScreen is the new Inrecruiting feature, powered by our INDA technology, that revolutionizes the initial stage of the hiring process by automating pre‑screening interviews and making it easier and faster to manage large volumes of applications.

It is an AI assistant that autonomously conducts the first pre‑screening interview through either voice or text conversation: it asks candidates questions, probes their answers, and provides the recruiter with a structured summary.

Conversa PreScreen does not replace the recruiter but supports them in the first stage of the selection process, helping them make faster and more informed decisions while improving the candidate experience.

Update to the “AI Job Matching” and “Similar Candidates” widgets in the candidate profile

We have introduced an update to the “AI Job Matching” and “Similar Candidates” widgets within the candidate profile, aimed at ensuring more transparent and controlled use of AI‑based services.

Previously, the results generated by these widgets were loaded automatically when opening the page. With this update, processing now occurs only upon user request: to generate job‑matching suggestions or view similar candidates, users must click the dedicated buttons inside each widget.

This change enables more conscious management of operations and ensures that INDA credits are used only when the user intentionally triggers the analysis. This avoids unintentional credit consumption and offers greater control over the use of AI functionalities.

The user experience remains simple and intuitive, with added attention to resource optimization and transparency of operations.
