View and Update the Application Status in Candidate Search

It is now possible to view and update candidates’ Application Status directly from the Candidates > Search section.

By clicking the “Candidate Search” button in the Applicants tab of a specific vacancy, or by applying the “Vacancy” filter in Candidates > Search, the Application Status field becomes available.  This field identifies the stage of the Hiring Pipeline associated with each candidate for the selected vacancy.

This enhancement allows users to:

• View the Application Status directly in the search results list.
• Apply additional search filters to identify specific groups of candidates.
• Update the Application Status directly from the results list, without opening the candidate profile.

This improvement simplifies candidate monitoring and management activities by reducing the number of steps required to update a candidate’s progress within the recruitment process.

Note: The Application Status is available only when the search is filtered to a single vacancy. If two or more vacancies are selected simultaneously, the column will not be displayed.

New Features for the WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

The integration between Inrecruiting and WhatsApp Business Platform now includes new features designed to make candidate communications even more effective and comprehensive.

Action Buttons in WhatsApp Templates

WhatsApp templates can now include interactive Action Buttons, enabling candidates to respond or perform an action directly from the message.

The following button types are available:

• URL: Redirects candidates to a specific web page, such as an application form, interview scheduling calendar, or informational landing page.
• Quick Reply: Allows candidates to send a predefined response with a single click (for example: “Yes”, “No”, “I Confirm”, “I Do Not Confirm”).
• Phone Number: Enables candidates to start a phone call to a company contact directly from the message.

Media Content Display

It is now possible to view image files and voice messages sent by candidates via WhatsApp directly within Inrecruiting, centralizing both conversations and shared content in a single platform.

Visibility of Messages from Unregistered Contacts

The WhatsApp > Threads section now also displays the phone numbers of contacts not yet present in the candidate database, providing more complete visibility and management of incoming conversations.

These improvements increase communication interactivity, accelerate candidate responses, and enhance conversation management directly within the platform.

The generated resume can then be uploaded directly into the ATS, reducing application barriers, improving data quality, and speeding up the application process.
