The Skillvue integration is now available, enabling recruiters to offer candidates a wide range of skill assessments covering both hard skills and soft skills.
Thanks to this integration, recruiters can collect more structured and objective competency evaluations, improving the quality of hiring decisions.
Skillvue assessment results are available directly within Inrecruiting, providing recruiters with a complete and centralized view of the candidate journey: from assessment submission through to results analysis, with reports that can be viewed and downloaded directly from Inrecruiting.

Inda Conversa CV Builder, the new Conversational AI feature designed to radically simplify the application process, will be available soon.
Candidates will be able to build their CV simply by verbally describing their professional background—experience, skills, education, and goals.
Inda Conversa CV Builder will automatically interpret the information, organize it into a structured and consistent format, and generate a complete, ready-to-use CV file.
The generated CV can then be directly uploaded into the ATS, reducing entry barriers, improving the quality of collected data, and speeding up the application process.
A smoother and more inclusive experience for candidates, and a richer candidate profile for recruiters.
