Interview Insights: 5 free report generations per month for all customers

Interview Insights is now available to all Inrecruiting customers with 5 free report generations per month.

The feature supports the recruitment process by transforming interview transcripts from Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet into structured reports containing identified skills, discussed topics, and useful insights to support evaluation activities.

Interview Insights allows users to upload a transcript and automatically obtain an interview report, including references to the candidate's CV and the job posting requirements.

The main update concerns feature access: every Inrecruiting customer now has 5 free report generations per month, allowing them to test the value of Artificial Intelligence applied to recruitment and evaluate the benefits in terms of analysis quality and reduced evaluation time.

The feature will be enabled for users with "Administrator" permissions.

The Anonymization feature has been renamed to Pseudonymization

To ensure terminology that is more accurate and aligned with definitions used in the fields of privacy and personal data protection, the feature previously known as Anonymization has been renamed Pseudonymization.

This update only affects the feature name and does not introduce any operational changes or changes in system behavior.

This revision stems from the need to adopt a technically more accurate definition of the activities actually carried out by the feature, in line with the terminology used in GDPR and personal data processing regulations.

You can find detailed information about the Candidate Pseudonymization feature in the following online guide: https://inrecruiting.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000117500-how-to-pseudonymize-a-candidate-profile

Indeed: company email configuration required

Starting from October 31, 2026, Indeed will more strictly enforce a requirement already included in its guidelines: all job ads published through integrations must include a valid email address belonging to the company domain. Generic email addresses (e.g. Gmail or Yahoo) will not be considered compliant and may result in reduced visibility for job ads.

To support this requirement, it is now possible to configure the company email address used for job publishing under System Settings > External Systems > Third-Party System Configurations > Indeed Configurations. In addition, a dedicated reminder message will be displayed when accessing the platform until the configuration is completed.

It is important to complete the configuration by October 31, 2026: after that date, job ads published without an email address associated with a company domain may not comply with Indeed's requirements and could receive reduced visibility on the platform.

Coming Soon

Inda Conversa CV Builder

Inda Conversa CV Builder, the new Conversational AI feature designed to simplify the application process, will soon be available.

During the application process, candidates who do not have a CV will have the option, entirely on a voluntary basis, to create one with the help of Conversa CV Builder.

Through a guided conversation, candidates will be able to describe their professional background, including work experience, skills, education, and career goals. Inda Conversa CV Builder will interpret the information provided and automatically organize it into structured data, using it to pre-fill the application form without requiring candidates to enter the same information again.

At the end of the conversation, a complete, ready-to-use CV will also be generated. Candidates will be able to find it in their Inrecruiting profile, and it will be attached to their application.

The guided CV creation process makes applying easier and faster, reducing barriers to entry and helping collect more complete and structured information. The feature is particularly useful for candidates who do not yet have a CV or whose CV is not up to date and who might otherwise postpone or abandon the application process.

A smoother and more inclusive experience for candidates, and more complete and structured profiles for recruiters.

New Privacy Notice for Semantic Forms and Inda Conversa CV Builder

Starting from October 19, candidates will be required to review a privacy notice for the use of certain Artificial Intelligence-based features, specifically Semantic Forms and Inda Conversa CV Builder.

The notice will describe how data is processed in relation to these features. During the application process, candidates will need to review it before they can proceed with the AI-powered tools.

The texts of the respective Privacy Policies can be viewed and edited under System Settings > Privacy & Security > Privacy > Inda Informational Texts > Semantic Privacy Policy / Conversa CV Builder Privacy Policy.

This update has been introduced to ensure greater transparency in the use of Artificial Intelligence features and the proper management of candidate consent.

Integration between Welcomin and HCM Project

Welcomin, our preboarding solution already integrated with Inrecruiting and Intiway to digitize and simplify the activities that accompany people from recruitment through onboarding, will soon also be integrated with Zucchetti HCM Project.

With Welcomin, it is possible to manage preboarding and onboarding activities in a structured way, collect information and documents, manage electronic signatures, assign tasks, and communicate with new hires, supporting them from the end of the recruitment process through their first day at work.

The new integration with HCM Project will make this journey even smoother: data and documents related to the job offer will be transferred to Welcomin, where the signing of the employment letter and subsequent preboarding activities can be managed. At the end of the process, HCM Project will be able to retrieve updated data and documents collected and signed in Welcomin, reducing manual activities and ensuring continuity across data and processes.

Another step toward an increasingly integrated employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing employee management.
