Talent Magnet

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature in Inrecruiting called Talent Magnet, which automatically evaluates the inclusiveness and neutrality of a job posting by identifying potential linguistic or content-related biases.

After analyzing the textual content of the vacancies, the system generates a concise report with practical suggestions to improve the wording, along with a score that reflects the vacancy’s quality in terms of inclusivity and respect for diversity.

You can view the detailed article explaining this feature at the following link to the online guide: https://inrecruiting.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000160142-talent-magnet

The feature is available to all users in freemium mode.

Integration with the new Hokify Job Board

To further expand the usage horizons of Inrecruiting, we’ve decided to add the Austrian job board Hokify to our Multiposting channels.

Hokify is a mobile-first platform designed to simplify job searching and applications. It manages over 10,000 active job postings annually and collaborates with more than 55,000 companies. It is particularly popular in the following sectors:

  • Retail and sales
  • Hospitality and catering
  • Construction
  • Healthcare
  • Logistics and transportation

For more information about the features of the integrated job boards and how to activate them in Inrecruiting’s multiposting system, please contact your dedicated account manager.

Update: Data Retention Settings for Inactive Candidates

With the goal of providing our clients with a platform that supports GDPR compliance activities, a new feature was made available during 2024 that allows users to define how data retention and processing should be handled for inactive candidates.

Specifically, inactive candidates are defined as those who do not activate their account on the platform by setting a password via the link received by email.

Thanks to this new update, companies can now choose whether to apply these settings only to “Manually added candidates” or to “All inactive candidates”.

You can view the detailed article explaining this feature at the following link to the online guide: https://inrecruiting.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000154210-inactive-candidates-data-retention-policy

Alert: Non-Geolocated Address in Candidates > Search

In the Candidates > Search section, when a home address is entered manually without using the autocomplete fields provided by the system, a visual alert has been implemented to notify that the data was entered manually and may not be geolocated.

Please note that if the home address is not correctly geolocated, it will not be possible to use the distance-based search feature available in Inrecruiting’s Simple Search.

Thanks to the WhatsApp Business integration, you’ll be able to:

✔ Send personalized messages, notifications, and updates

✔ Strengthen the dialogue and engagement between candidates and the company

? We’re working hard to make it available very soon.
Stay tuned — the new era of candidate experience is coming!

New updates to our AI Inda

We’re pleased to announce that new updates to Inda, our proprietary AI technology designed to support recruiting and talent acquisition, will soon be available.

The first update introduces an innovative job ad analysis service: using artificial intelligence, it will be possible to automatically assess the inclusivity and neutrality of a job ad, identifying any linguistic or content biases. At the end of the analysis, Inda will generate a summary report with practical suggestions for improving the text and a score reflecting its quality in terms of inclusivity and diversity.

In the coming months, we’ll also introduce a feature that allows candidates to apply for a job ad through a voice interaction, where they describe their professional experience. Inda will extract relevant information, auto-fill the application form, and generate a PDF CV in the candidate’s chosen language.

Another new feature will be Job Alerts, enabling candidates to receive emails with job postings most relevant to their skills.

Finally, we’re working on two new features dedicated to the interview phase.

The first will allow users to upload or paste the transcript of an interview (e.g., conducted via Teams, Meet, etc.) into Inrecruiting and automatically generate a structured and easily readable summary.

The second will enable automated pre-screening interviews via voice or chat interaction: the system will present the candidate with a set of preconfigured questions and automatically assess compatibility with the job requirements.

For more information about Inda’s features, please refer to the technical documentation on the API available here, as well as the dedicated article in our online guide available here.
