[2025 - 10] Release note

Modified on Mon, 3 Nov at 2:25 PM

New “Application Source” Column in Candidate Export

We’ve introduced a new column called “Application Source” in candidate exports made from the “Registration” tab of Job vacancies.

This will allow users to identify the origin of the candidate for the specific vacancy from which the export was requested.
Thanks to the visibility of each application’s source, it will be possible to analyze the performance of sourcing channels (company career page, websites, job boards, etc.).

Candidate ID Added to Ondemand Form Submission Confirmation Email

To make candidate identification easier and more immediate, we’ve added a new element to the email (available upon request) that notifies the submission of an ondemand form sent to a candidate.
The new element is the Candidate ID, which allows for unique identification even in cases of duplicate names.

Coming Soon

WhatsApp Business Integration

As anticipated in previous release notes, we are working to complete the integration with WhatsApp Business, which will allow you to:

✔ Send personalized messages, notifications, and updates
✔ Share key steps of the selection process in real time to improve the candidate experience
✔ Strengthen candidate-company dialogue and engagement

We’re working to make it available as soon as possible.
Stay tuned: the new era of candidate experience is coming!

New Updates to Our AI, Inda

We are pleased to announce that new updates to Inda, our proprietary artificial intelligence technology designed to support recruiting and talent acquisition, will soon be available.

In the coming months, we will introduce three new features based on conversational and generative AI technologies, aimed at further simplifying recruiters' work and enhancing the candidate experience.

  • Inda Conversa CV
This feature will allow candidates to apply for a job simply by speaking or writing in a chat. Through a guided conversation, Inda will understand the key information from the candidate’s profile, automatically fill out the application form, and generate a CV in the language chosen by the candidate.
  • Inda Conversa PreScreen
This will enable automated pre-screening interviews via voice or chat. The system will ask a set of questions defined by the recruiter and collect the candidate’s responses in a structured way—without any automatic scoring or tone analysis—ensuring ethical and transparent processes.
  • Inda Gen Interview Summary
This feature will allow users to import the transcript of an interview (e.g., from Teams or Meet) by uploading a file or pasting the text, and automatically generate a structured, easy-to-read summary. This will be useful for sharing feedback and comparing candidates more quickly and objectively.

A final new feature is Job Alert, designed to allow candidates to receive emails with the most relevant job postings based on their skills.

For more information about Inda’s features, we invite you to consult the technical API documentation available here, as well as the dedicated article in our online guide available here.
