We are happy to announce that a new update for Inda, our proprietary artificial intelligence technology dedicated to recruiting and talent acquisition, has been released in January 2025.
Over the past few months, our efforts have focused on the CV Parser module: a tool that allows us to extract candidates' information directly from their CVs.
Specifically, the improvements we have made are aimed at increasing both the quantity and the degree of precision of the extracted data, so that our users can increasingly rely on the functionalities of our platform when carrying out search and selection activities.

Privacy settings history
In order to further improve the user experience of Inrecruiting and to encourage a conscious use of the platform, safe from potential GDPR risks, a new section has been introduced in the privacy settings of the platform, available by following the path System Settings > Privacy & Security > Privacy Settings History, which allows only users with specific permission to check the changes made to the Privacy settings in the past, highlighting the dates on which they were saved and the users who made them.

Integration with new Job Boards: JobToMove, Totaljobs and Caterer
With the aim of increasingly broadening Inrecruiting's horizons of use, we have added the JobToMove, Caterer and Totaljobs platforms to the list of Job Boards integrated in multiposting.
JobToMove is a French platform dedicated to job offers in the area of mobility. It is in fact managed by ANFA (Association Nationale pour la Formation automobile), an organisation in charge of developing vocational training programmes for the automotive sector. In this sense, JobToMove is the recruiting platform managed by the association and aims to facilitate connections between companies and workers in the sector.
Caterer is a platform specialising in the search and selection of personnel for the hospitality sector and offers a wide range of job opportunities in hotels, restaurants, bars and other accommodation facilities.
Totaljobs, is one of the leading job search platforms in the UK and, like Caterer, is managed by Stepstone Group UK Limited.

New Inda features and updates
We anticipate that, in the coming weeks, new updates will be made available for Inda, our proprietary artificial intelligence technology dedicated to recruiting and talent acquisition.
The first of the new features that will be introduced is a package of updates to the CV anonymisation module. This is a key feature that allows Inrecruiting users to obscure candidates' personal data from their CVs (e.g. first name, last name, email, any links to profiles on other platforms, gender, nationality, telephone numbers, date of birth, profile photo accompanying the document and tax code), thus allowing recruiting activities to be conducted free from bias. In this regard, we highlight the possibility provided by the CV Anonymizer, useful for both Employment Agencies and companies, to share CVs with colleagues and people outside the platform, avoiding the risk of GDPR-compliant behaviour.
The second update concerns the introduction of the CV Summariser module: a tool that will provide recruiters with a summary of the most relevant information contained in candidates' CVs.
The benefits of this functionality are many; it will, for example, allow users to analyse and evaluate various profiles in less time, having structured and synthetic data on which to base themselves, without having to analyse CVs in their entirety. In addition, Inda will be able to carry out this activity based on documents in various formats and languages, in order to broaden the tool's usability as much as possible.
A further feature that will be made available in the coming weeks is the introduction of a filter based on the geolocation of addresses within Job Matching, the result of the combination of various artificial intelligence techniques and processes that simplifies the Matching between the profiles collected and the vacancies published by Inrecruiting. In fact, through this tool, Inda is able to identify a set of candidates similar to the one under consideration or to the one resulting from a search for a specific vacancy.
In order to carry out effective recruiting, the inclusion of the address geolocalisation filter allows the results to be further refined, ensuring that the candidates suggested by the job matching not only match the job requirements, but are also geographically close to the job location. This significantly improves the efficiency of the selection process, reducing recruitment time and increasing the satisfaction of both employers and candidates.

Management of "Privacy Policy" in candidates' account activation/password recovery link
Within the platform's privacy settings, in the System Settings ? Privacy & Security ? Privacy policy section, a new configuration will be added in the coming weeks, which will enable candidates to view the Privacy Policies active in the INTERNAL form directly in the account activation/password recovery link (in the event that these privacy policies have not already been accepted by the candidate).
In this way, candidates, during account activation, will be able to view the privacy policies set by the company and will not be able to activate the account without having declared that they have read the information set as 'mandatory'.
