Talent Magnet

Modified on Wed, 24 Sep at 5:45 PM

Thanks to Inda’s Talent Magnet feature, it is possible to automatically assess the level of inclusivity and neutrality of a vacancy, identifying any linguistic or content-related biases.

After reading and analyzing the textual content of the vacancies, Inda will generate a concise report with practical suggestions to improve the text, along with a score reflecting its quality in terms of inclusivity and respect for diversity.

NB: this feature will be released in freemium mode. This means that, initially, it will be available free of charge and without limitations.
However, please be aware that these conditions may change in the future.
Any changes will be communicated promptly to ensure maximum transparency.

When creating or editing a vacancy, the Talent Magnet section will be available in Tab 1 Description.

By clicking the Optimize button, you can immediately see how to improve the vacancy, making it more inclusive, attractive, and effective.

NB: since the texts and content of vacancies may vary depending on the selected language (and consequently the Talent Magnet analysis), you will need to click the Optimize button for each language in which the vacancy has been completed.

The system assigns an Overall Score (from 1 to 10) indicating how inclusive and attractive the vacancy is,

shows for which generation (Millennial, Gen Z, etc.) it is most appealing,

whether the vacancy includes a Diversity & Inclusion statement,

and the estimated education level required to easily understand the text.

In the Summary box, you will find an overview of the vacancy with its strengths, areas for improvement, and aspects related to inclusivity,

while, by clicking the Detailed Report button,

you will get a detailed word-by-word textual analysis, where sentences that may contain linguistic or content-related biases are highlighted in yellow or red.

Finally, by hovering over the sentences highlighted in yellow or red, you can see which discriminatory, complex, or ineffective terms have been used in the vacancy.
