Inda updates
New CV Summarizer Module
We are pleased to announce that a new update is now available for Inda, our proprietary artificial intelligence technology dedicated to recruiting and talent acquisition.
This update introduces the new CV Summarizer module: a tool capable of providing recruiters with a summary of the most relevant information contained in candidates’ CVs.
The benefits of this feature are numerous. For example, it allows users to analyze and evaluate various profiles quicker, having structured and concise data at their disposal to base decisions on, without the need to review the entire CV.
Additionally, we highlight that Inda can perform this activity using documents in various formats and languages, in order to maximize the tool’s usability.
New System Languages for Inda: Polish and continental Portuguese
To further expand the usability of Inda and Inrecruiting, we have completed the addition of support for the Polish and Continental Portuguese languages to Inda’s functionalities.
These languages join the others already integrated: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, and Brazilian Portuguese.
For more information about Inda’s features, we invite you to consult the technical documentation on the APIs available here. On the page dedicated to the languages into which the platform is translated, available here, you can find confirmation of what is described in this section.
Inrecruiting updates
Integration with new job board: Le Figaro Emploi
The French platform Le Figaro Emploi, a site specialized in providing services for job seekers and employers and part of the renowned newspaper Le Figaro, has been added to the list of Job Boards integrated for multiposting.
Privacy Policy management in account activation/recovery links for candidates
A new configuration has been added within the platform's privacy settings, specifically in the section System Settings > Privacy and Security > Privacy Policy. This configuration allows candidates to view the active Privacy Policies in the INTERNAL form directly through the account activation/recovery link (in cases where these Privacy Policies have not already been accepted by the candidate).
This ensures that, during the account activation process, candidates can review the company’s Privacy Policies and will not be able to activate their account without declaring acknowledgment of the policies marked as "mandatory."
It’s important to note that the INTERNAL form refers to the list of fields and information viewable by candidates in their reserved area. Given the specific purpose of this type of form, only one can exist.
EEO Survey (Add-on)
A new feature introduced in March allows Inrecruiting job postings to include the EEO Surveys.
These are predefined sets of questions designed to ensure that all candidates and employees within a company have equal opportunities to obtain and maintain employment while avoiding discriminatory practices.
To achieve this ambitious goal, the responses provided by candidates to these questions will never be visible to recruiters in the candidates' profiles. This approach ensures that the selection process remains fair and impartial, focusing solely on candidates' skills and qualifications.
It is specified that these questions originate from the Civil Rights Act, a law enacted in 1964 and currently applicable exclusively in the United States at the time of this Release Note’s publication.
For more information about the described regulations and their conditions of applicability, we invite you to consult the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission website available here.
New "To Be Viewed" Badge in Candidate Lists
To facilitate the navigation of candidate lists, we have introduced the "To Be Viewed" tag, which highlights profiles that have not yet been consulted by the user among those included in the lists. This tag is also visible to external users with whom the lists are shared.
For more information about Candidate Lists and the described update, we invite you to consult the dedicated article in our online guide available here or contact your account manager for further assistance.
New "Match Score" Column in Candidate Search
To make it easier to interpret search results in the Inrecruiting candidate database, a "Match Score" column has been added to the results table.
After completing a textual search, a list of candidates is generated and ordered according to a matching score based on the keywords searched. The matching percentage is now highlighted in the new column, and to further simplify its interpretation, the percentages are displayed in color-coded boxes as follows:
- Green (79%–100%): Indicates a candidate who perfectly matches the search criteria.
- Yellow (59%–79%): Indicates a medium match to the search criteria.
- Orange (39%–59%): Indicates that the candidate minimally matches the search criteria.
- Red (<39%): Indicates that the match is very low.

New Client Search Logic
Following activation by Inrecruiting support and upon specific permission assigned to individual users, the new "Search All" tab is now visible on the client management page.
Using the search function available in this tab, it is possible to extend client search results to include both active and inactive clients as well as prospects.

SSO with Auth0
We are excited to announce that Inrecruiting has completed integration with the Single Sign-On (SSO) system Auth0. This integration offers numerous benefits, including enhanced security through centralized authentication and simplified access management for users.

Bulk Sending of On-Demand Forms
At Inrecruiting, client feedback has always been fundamental to improving the product and adding new functionalities. As a result, we have decided to launch a new feature requested by many clients, enabling users, following activation by Inrecruiting support, to send previously configured on-demand forms to multiple candidates simultaneously.
In any candidate list, users simply need to select the candidates to reach and click the "Send On-Demand Form" option in the multiaction menu at the bottom of the page.
For more information about the described functionality, we invite you to contact your account manager for assistance.
New Export Interview Notes
A new export feature is now available for recruiters, activatable upon request through Inrecruiting support, allowing them to download interview notes from Inrecruiting. Two types of export are available:
Export all interview notes for a single candidate: In candidate lists, once the desired profiles are selected, the new option "Export Interview Notes" is available in the multiaction menu at the bottom of the page. The generated file will be in .csv format and available to users in the platform's Download area.
Export interview notes filtered by job order: Within individual job orders, in the "Candidates" tab, once the desired profiles are selected, the new "Export Interview Notes" option is available in the multiaction menu at the bottom of the page. The generated file will be in .csv format and available to users in the platform's Download area.
In both cases, it will not be possible to select the "All Search Results" option to define the number of candidates for whom interview notes will be exported.

Coming soon
CSS Upload for iFrame Customization
In the coming weeks, a development will be implemented to allow clients to modify the look and feel of iFrames integrated into company websites via the upload of custom CSS.
This new functionality will provide clients with greater flexibility and customization options, enabling them to adapt the appearance of displayed job postings to match their brand's specific needs.
With custom CSS upload, clients can modify colors, fonts, layouts, and other visual elements, enhancing the user experience and strengthening their brand identity.
Domain Change for Inrecruiting
In the upcoming weeks, the top-level domain for accessing Inrecruiting will be changed from intervieweb.it to inrecruiting.com.
We specify that this change will not lead to any functional changes.
Further details about the new domain and how to access the platform will be provided in the coming days.
