Updating the integration with Inda


We are pleased to announce that starting from September the latest updates of Inda, our proprietary artificial intelligence technology applied to human resources, will be made available.


Thanks to targeted technical choices and infrastructural improvements, it has been possible to obtain a more stable and high-performance platform, which brings significant benefits especially to  the Semantic Search and Similar Candidates functionalities.


In addition, a process of standardization of the information regarding the skills and job positions processed by Inda has been completed, so that it is harmonized with the criteria defined by the ESCO  (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations) Classification. This classification helps to recognize and link known skills, qualifications and occupations, in order to outline a reference language recognized and shared by the labor market, capable of making communication between the various professional sectors more effective.


The ability to rely on internationally recognized standards allows Job Matching and Generative AI features  to provide increasingly precise and relevant results. In fact, given a starting Skill or Job Title, Inda does not suggest generic Skills and Job Titles, but standardized Skills and Occupations.

New Geolocation Service


The new Geolocation Service will be released shortly, available to all users of the platform, both candidates and recruiters. 


Thanks to an operation of data collection and expansion of the database of registered addresses, it was possible to obtain an even more complete functionality, which allows addresses to be located more precisely in the various phases of the recruiting process.


In addition, the redesign of the interface and the improvement of the user experience have made the functionality more dynamic and easier to use: the automatic filters based on the data entered, in fact, guide users and candidates in completing the required fields, reducing the likelihood of human errors occurring.

New Catho and Bundesagentur für Arbeit Job Boards


With the aim of increasingly broadening the horizons of use of Inrecruiting, we have decided to integrate with two new job portals. 


The first is Catho, one of the most widely used Job Boards in Brazil; the second is the platform of the German Federal Employment Agency, called Bundesagentur für Arbeit, the body responsible for the management and mediation of the labor market in Germany.


The implementation of new Job Boards spread on the international scene testifies to our commitment to providing users with a complete and scalable tool, which facilitates and guarantees the meeting between candidates and companies on a global scale.
