New CRM Module Interface
With our software, companies or employment agencies that carry out search and selection activities for their clients can benefit from a special module called CRM (clients and job orders).
Through this tool, Inrecruiting users will be able to create a complete registry of their clients in order to track the activities carried out for them. The latter can also access the platform via a special interface and view the data relating to their company.
Another fundamental component is the Job order module, a functionality that allows you to group all the vacancies that are published on behalf of a customer.
With the graphic update of the module, the management of these activities is even simpler and more intuitive. The focus of the restyling is on improving the user interface, which has been harmonised with the other components of the application. In addition, the new 'Headquarters' field has been added, so that this information is also available on the platform.

New User Mention (tag) Functionality
We invite you to discover the new feature for enhancing collaboration between users: the Mention (tagging) function. You can now tag colleagues in comments on candidate profiles, improving communication and timeliness. To do so, simply type the '@' character, followed by the first and last name of the users you want to mention. As a result, tagged users will receive a notification indicating the action taken and the author.
In order for the functionality to be used, certain conditions must be met by both the authors of mentions and the users mentioned. First of all, the 'Comments' module must be active for both of them, which allows them to display the tab in their profiles where they can mention colleagues. Secondly, both users will have to have visibility of the candidates themselves in order to tag each other in their comments.
Finally, we would like to point out that, in order to offer our customers an easy and smooth use of this tool, we have updated the user interface of the comments form to be harmonised with the described novelty.

New Notification Centre
From June 2024, Inrecruiting users will never miss an update thanks to the revamped Notification Centre, which centralises all system communications and notifications, making the management of daily tasks smoother and more effective.
The two types of notifications displayed in the new centre are those resulting from recruiting activity and the What's New, used by our support team to inform customers about platform news.

Possibility to change the colours of the buttons in the integration with Iframe
Inrecruiting gives its users various possibilities for integrating the list of vacancies published directly on their company site. One of these is integration via Iframe, which allows you to choose in which language the vacancies will be displayed, the size of the Iframe, and how the information is displayed.
As of June 2024, in order to offer our customers an additional level of customisation of the career site generated through the ATS, it is possible to choose the colour of the buttons contained in the Iframe, so that its look and feel is as similar as possible to the site in which it is integrated.
