New Compensation, Benefits and any Additional Compensation fields in vacancy

With the introduction of the new European Directive on equal pay and pay transparency, companies will be required to communicate the expected salary for a position before the interview, without the candidate having to request it.

To support you in adapting to this legislation, we have introduced a new "Compensation" field in the creation of the vacancy on Inrecruiting that will allow you to:

  • indicate the amount of the Compensation, in a punctual form or as a range;
  • specify the currency;
  • define the reference period (e.g. daily, monthly, annual).

For companies that use Indeed as their job posting channel, it's important to know that including pay details and precise location (e.g., address or zip code) can significantly improve the visibility of your vacancies. According to recent data from Indeed, sponsored jobs that include this information receive up to 2.5 times more views, 2.3 times more clicks, and 3.3 times more application starts than those without them.

For your convenience, we have provided a link to Indeed's vacancy serving guidelines here so that you can see what the platform's best practices are for creating effective vacancies.

When creating an vacancy, the possibility of including Benefits and any Additional Compensation  in the form of tags has also been included.

This information (Compensation, Benefits and Additional Compensation), if filled in, will be included in the XML feed that we send to the job boards integrated in Multiposting and will be displayed in the unique links of the vacancies and in the integration on the company website via iframe/JSON.

Massive change of candidate status tracked in the Timeline

The Timeline is an Inrecruiting feature that allows you to view the main actions carried out by or on candidates by company users.

Starting from May 2025, the massive change of candidate status has been included among the events tracked in the Timeline. To do this, simply select the desired profiles from the candidate lists and then select the "Change Candidate Status" option in the multiaction menu at the bottom of the list.

For more information on the feature described, please see our online help article here, or contact your account manager.

Notify the user for approval Job Request made editable

Thanks to the valuable feedback provided by our customers and partners, an important update has been introduced to the Job Request module, in order to make its use even easier and more intuitive.

The Job Request module is a feature that allows you to manage candidate recruitment requests and the related approval process, through the definition of approval workflows, i.e. lists of users responsible for approving a request, which will be automatically associated with the request based on the characteristics of the requested profiles.

When users are asked to approve a request, an email is sent to the address saved in the Inrecruiting account. Starting from May 2025, by following the Settings path > Messages > Job Requests > Notify the user for Job Request approval, it is possible to change the text of the body of the sent email.

For more information on using the Job Request module, its features and the new features described, please consult the dedicated article on our online guide available here, or contact your account manager.

New management of anonymized candidate applications

In order to ensure that the management of candidate data is GDPR compliant, Inrecruiting allows you to manage several operations, including requests for profile anonymization by candidates.

This operation makes the profiles identifiable in searches only by means of a numerical identifier, without showing any personal data. The candidates themselves, if they wish, will be the only ones who can reverse the anonymization, through a specific section in the profile settings.

In this regard, a new update has been brought into production that allows the profiles of anonymous candidates who register for vacancies published on Job Boards integrated via API (e.g. Indeed, Monster, Talent.com, InfoJobs) to be de-anonymized.

COMING SOON

Improved Accessibility for truly inclusive recruiting

As part of our ongoing commitment to making Inrecruiting increasingly accessible and inclusive, important improvements will be introduced in the coming days to the interface dedicated to candidates (candidate portal and career page), with the aim of facilitating access even for those who may encounter difficulties in navigating online.

The interventions were designed following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), the main international standard on digital accessibility.

Among the improvements implemented:

  • clearer and more consistent semantic structure of the pages;
  • greater compatibility with screen reader software;
  • smoother and more intuitive keyboard navigation;
  • Optimized color contrasts for better readability.

With these updates, we aim to offer a fair and accessible application experience for all, helping to support companies in building truly inclusive recruitment processes.

Discontinuation of the Meetin service

Over the next few weeks, Meetin, the virtual meeting service natively integrated into our platform, will be discontinued within Inrecruiting. As a result, you will no longer be able to select this option when creating an interview.
