Integration of new job board Leem and direct apply Leboncoin

With the aim of increasingly broadening the horizons of Inrecruiting's use, we decided to add integration with the French job board Leem, which specialises in the management of job opportunities in the medical and pharmaceutical sector, to the channels of multiposting ads.

In addition, with regard to the Leboncoin platform, which is already included among those supported by our system, we have integrated the direct apply mode, which allows candidates to register for vacancies using the data entered in their profile on the job board, thus avoiding manual entry.

For more information on the functionalities of the integrated job boards, please contact your account manager.

New system language: European Portuguese

We are pleased to announce that Inrecruiting now supports European Portuguese, bringing the total number of available languages to 12.

We would also like to point out that Brazilian Portuguese is already available on the platform.

To obtain the information needed to activate the new language on the platform, please contact the Customer Support team or your account manager.

Mandatory privacy details in vacancy registration confirmation emails

It is now possible to add the dynamic tag [Privacy info link] (System Settings > E-mails > vacancies > Registration confirmation message (Screen) / Application Received - Confirmation (E-mail)) >  to the registration confirmation messages for vacancies, which allows applicants to view the mandatory privacy information required for the vacancy they have applied for.

We would also like to point out that, on the page that can be reached via the link, it will not be possible to collect consent or not consent to the privacy policy(s) as these will appear in ‘read only’ mode for viewing.

For further information regarding the activation of the functionality and its configuration, please contact your account manager.

Added the field type ‘file’ in the field structure of Job Requests

Inrecruiting's Job Request module is dedicated to Companies, Employment Agencies and Recruitment Companies that need to structure recruitment request processes and related approval workflows.

The activity starts with the creation of various workflows, in which all users who will have to approve requests must be entered. At the same time, if several approvers are entered, the order in which the various approving users are to express their approvals can also be defined.

In a second step, the relevant forms must be created in which the approvers can enter the details of the request.

In this regard, a new functionality of the form is now available that allows files in different formats to be attached to each Request, so that the approvers can view them.

Subsequently, conditions can be defined so that, based on the information entered in the form by the applicants, a specific approval workflow is automatically triggered.

At the end of the whole process, if the positive opinions of all users involved have been collected, the Request can be converted into an actual job vacancy.

For further information on the Job Request module and the new file upload functionality, please contact your account manager.

Update Candidate Profile export in CSV format

A new button has been added to the quick actions bar at the bottom of each candidate's profile, allowing you to launch exports called ‘Export complete profile’ and ‘Export personal data’, both in .csv format. These were already present in the quick actions drop-down menu at the bottom of all candidate lists.

By starting exports directly from the candidate's profile, these will be generated immediately and will only contain fields filled in by candidates.

For further information on the new described functionality, please contact your relevant account manager.

New ‘video URL’ field added in the description of vacancies

In the ‘Description’ tab of the vacancy publishing interface, a ‘video URL’ field has been added, allowing videos to be attached to vacancies. From now on, the attached link will also be available in the JSON used for the integration of vacancies on the company website.

For further information on the new described functionality, please contact your relevant account manager.

Coming soon

New CRM Module Interface

With our platform, companies or employment agencies that carry out search and selection activities for their clients can benefit from a special module called CRM (clients and job orders).

Through this tool, Inrecruiting users will be able to create a complete registry of their clients, in order to track the activities carried out for them. In addition, the latter can access the platform via a special interface and view data on their own company.

Another key component of the module are the job orders, a functionality that allows you to group all the vacancies that are published on behalf of a customer.

With the graphic update of the module that has just been released, the management of these activities is even simpler and more intuitive. The focus of the restyling is on improving the user interface, which has been harmonised with the other components of the application. In addition, the new ‘Operational Location’ field has been added, so that this information is also available on the platform.

For further information on the new features of the CRM module (customers and job orders), what is new in it and how to configure it, please contact your account manager.

New Colleague Mention Functionality and Notification Centre

In order to make Inrecruiting an increasingly collaborative tool, a new feature will be made available in the coming weeks that will allow company users to mention their colleagues in comments written in the candidate profile tab, also in response to any comments already posted by other users. At the same time, the design of the Comments module has been updated, with a more intuitive interface allowing better use of this functionality.

N.B. Access to the functionality will only be allowed if the relevant permission is active and the visibility logic applied to individual candidates will be maintained.

In addition, notifications generated by mentions will be placed in a revamped notification centre, which will allow users to receive notifications directly in-app.

Again, further details on the new features described will be made available in the next Release Notes. Stay tuned!
