By accessing the candidate's profile, on the left side of the Candidate tab, thanks to this feature. the system will offer us a list of profiles with similar characteristics to the candidate we are viewing:
Next to the profile image we find indicated the % similarity of the indicated profile:
Similarities are evaluated based on the comparison of the cv's by enhancing the data in common between the candidates such as: work experience, studies, known languages, skills, competencies; the more information they have in common, the higher the percentage of similarity
