Welcome Welcomin, the new preboarding solution!


We are excited to officially announce the launch of Welcomin, the new platform developed by Zucchetti designed to transform preboarding experiences.


During the delicate phase of entering a new work environment, Welcomin offers much more than just digital process management: it introduces a completely renewed approach focused on integration, personalization, and genuine attention to people. Every new employee is welcomed through a structured, engaging, and tailored journey that begins even before their first day at the company and unfolds along a clear, accessible roadmap filled with practical, cultural, and relational content.


Thanks to flexible workflows made up of steps configurable directly by users, Welcomin allows HR to create differentiated preboarding experiences based on role, location, or division, guiding new colleagues step by step—from collecting personal data and digitally signing contractual documents to accessing multimedia content.


What truly makes Welcomin unique is its ability to humanize the onboarding process, turning the first impression into a positive, reassuring, and motivating experience. News about integration with LinkedIn Job Wrapping


Job Wrapping is a LinkedIn service that allows job postings from Inrecruiting to be automatically published in LinkedIn Job Slots managed through LinkedIn Recruiter.

To activate this integration, Inrecruiting provides a specific XML feed, which can be added to LinkedIn by following the instructions provided here https://inrecruiting.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000140221-linkedin-job-wrapping.


We’ve introduced a new feature to make this process even more flexible: each company can now, upon request to activate this feature, distribute job postings across multiple distinct XML feeds.


The generation of multiple XML feeds can be configured in the Inrecruiting settings, and later, during the job posting creation process, it will be possible to select which XML feed to index the posting in.


This allows for more precise and personalized integration of job postings on LinkedIn via Job Wrapping. It’s especially useful for companies managing multiple LinkedIn company pages, enabling each posting to be correctly directed to the desired company page.

Closure of the Monster Job Board


Starting July 30, 2025, the paid job board Monster + CareerBuilder has ceased operations in Europe following its acquisition by BOLD Holdings. The new ownership has acquired only the U.S. business, resulting in the deactivation of European sites. Consequently, it will no longer be possible to publish job postings via the integration between Inrecruiting and Monster in Europe.


We will keep you updated with future release notes regarding any developments or changes related to this service interruption. In the meantime, for any questions or requests, the Job Board recommends contacting Monster account managers directly.



Coming Soon


New updates to our AI Inda


We’re pleased to announce that new updates to Inda, our proprietary AI technology designed to support recruiting and talent acquisition, will soon be available.


The first update introduces an innovative job ad analysis service: using artificial intelligence, it will be possible to automatically assess the inclusivity and neutrality of a job ad, identifying any linguistic or content biases. At the end of the analysis, Inda will generate a summary report with practical suggestions for improving the text and a score reflecting its quality in terms of inclusivity and diversity.


In the coming months, we’ll also introduce a feature that allows candidates to apply for a job ad through a voice interaction, where they describe their professional experience. Inda will extract relevant information, auto-fill the application form, and generate a PDF CV in the candidate’s chosen language.


Another new feature will be Job Alerts, enabling candidates to receive emails with job postings most relevant to their skills.


Finally, we’re working on two new features dedicated to the interview phase.


The first will allow users to upload or paste the transcript of an interview (e.g., conducted via Teams, Meet, etc.) into Inrecruiting and automatically generate a structured and easily readable summary.


The second will enable automated pre-screening interviews via voice or chat interaction: the system will present the candidate with a set of preconfigured questions and automatically assess compatibility with the job requirements.

WhatsApp Business Integration


We’re excited to announce that in the coming months, the integration between Inrecruiting and WhatsApp Business will be completed—a solution designed to enhance communication effectiveness between companies and candidates.

Thanks to this update, it will be possible to send personalized notifications, real-time updates on the selection process, and other important strategic communications directly via WhatsApp, one of the most widely used messaging channels worldwide. The goal is to make the recruiting experience even smoother, more immediate, and engaging for candidates, fostering direct and timely dialogue.

Integration with the new Hokify Job Board


To further expand the usage horizons of Inrecruiting, we’ve decided to add the Austrian job board Hokify to our Multiposting channels.

Hokify is a mobile-first platform designed to simplify job searching and applications. It manages over 10,000 active job postings annually and collaborates with more than 55,000 companies. It is particularly popular in the following sectors:

  • Retail and sales  
  • Hospitality and catering  
  • Construction  
  • Healthcare  
  • Logistics and transportation
