The visibility cones are a tool that, through the use of the Teams module, allows you to limit the visibility of the data entered in the following Inrecruiting modules to company users:

  • Candidates
  • Vacancies
  • Company Users
  • Clients
  • Job Orders
  • Lists of candidates
  • Interviews
  • Teams
  • Interview notes

Note1: the Visibility Cones represent an Add-on feature of Inrecruiting and it is necessary to define their activation and subsequent configurations with your sales representative/application consultant.

Note2: if you activate the visibility cones having data already present in the daTABase, it will be necessary to reindex the existing data, defining the association criteria with your sales representative.

To correctly apply the visibility limits, it is first necessary to define all the Teams  to be created and then associate the Team(s) over which it must have visibility to all company Users.

To do this, simply access User Management > Company Users > Edit > Company > Team

Once the Company user/Teams associations have been defined, you can apply the visibility restriction on the above elements.

Candidates

Activating the visibility cones on candidates will limit the visibility of candidate profiles only to users of the Team to which the candidate is associated.

(E.g. Company User associated with the   "Milan" Team will only be able to see candidates associated with the "Milan" Team).

The association of candidates to the Teams  can be applied through 2 criteria:

  • based on the Team of the vacancy to which the candidate registers (if the candidate registers for Vacancies from different Teams he will be seen by users of the Teams associated with the Vacancies to which he has registered);
  • based on the selection of a specific value of a "Single selection"  field present within the forms (e.g.: "Area of interest" field > if the candidate selects the value "Milan" it will be displayed by the  "Milan" Team).

Note: both association criteria can be applied and each candidate can be associated with more than one Team at the same time

Vacancies

By activating the visibility cones on the Vacancies, the visibility of the vacancy list will be limited (accessible from the Vacancies module, in the TAB. Applications of the candidate profile and in the "Single selection" type fields that provide for the selection of the vacancies present in the system) based on the Vacancy/Team association.

(E.g. Company user associated with the "Milan" Team will only be able to see Vacancies associated with the "Milan" Team)

Note1: Each vacancy can only be associated with one team.

Note2: You can choose whether or not to apply visibility restrictions to archived Vacancies as well if enabled, archived Vacancies will be visible in:

  • Job Orders details (Vacancies TAB)
  • Clients detail (Vacancies TAB)
  • Team Detail (Vacancies TAB)

Note3: the activation of the visibility cones on the Vacancies takes precedence over the permissions set in TAB 3 of the Vacancies themselves.
