The Inrecruiting Events module is designed to create, schedule and manage physical or online HR events.


Managing events with Inrecruiting allows you to combine the advantages of the digital organisation with those of the centralised management of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


With the events module you can manage in a single software:

  • the creation and customisation of an event and any related speeches
  • the registration and communication with participants
  • the collection in your DB of the participants's CV


To add a new Event you have to select Events> New Event from the side menu.


In the event creation interface it will be possible to insert a Title and a Description, as well as personalize the email message sent to the candidates following the registration, by clicking on Additional Information> Email Message.


Continuing on the screen you can set the date and time for the start and end of the Event and for the start and end of registrations to the Event.


It will then be necessary to define the company organizing the event and the type of event, which can be physical (with the possibility of entering the venue where it will take place) or online (with the possibility of inserting an access link).


It will also be possible to associate a registration form to the event (which you can customize in System Settings > Process management > Application form > CandidatesWeb Form), set the maximum number of participants for the event and enable or disable the Application Form.


By clicking on Add event cover image it will be possible to upload a presentation image of the Event, which must have dimensions 1200x400 with a maximum weight of 2MB.


It is also possible to add a list of Partners who will participate in the event (you can add Partners from the Customers module).


Finally you can add links to the social pages of the event.


After creating the Event, by clicking on Events> List, it will be possible to access the detail with the information entered, in which there will also be the external link to the event, from which candidates can register.


From this screen it will also be possible to add one or more Speeches associated with the Event by clicking on the Add Speech button.


Also in this case it will be possible to define a Title and a Description of the Speech, customize the email message sent to the candidates following the registration (by clicking on the item Other fields> Email Message), set the start and end dates and times of the Speech and registrations, enter the place where the Speech will be held and finally set the maximum number of participants.
