The Teams allow you to organize Company Users into lists (e.g. branches, tasks, company departments, etc.), in order to speed up the assignment of an Vacancy or an Interview, or the sharing of Lists, to a user group.


Through the use of the Teams it is also possible to define limitations on the visibility of the data present in the company DB (vacancies, candidates, customers, orders, interviews, etc.), thus allowing each team to see EXCLUSIVELY its own data (E.g. : Branch X will only see its own vacancies and related candidates who register there, etc ...).


This functionality represents an add-on to the basic Inrecruiting contract and must be evaluated together with your sales representative.


To add a new Team you need to click on System Settings> General Settings> General > Teams > Add Team



In the following screen it will be necessary to assign a name to the Team, possibly a brief description, a contact person and assign the company users



When creating or editing a Vacancy, in Tab 1 you can then assign it a specific Team.
