Within the E-mail section, you can keep track of all e-mails sent, the responses received by the candidates and notifications sent automatically by the system.


To access the Emails you need to click on E-mail in the Side Menu.


By clicking on the New e-mail button you will access the email creation interface, where you will have to enter the Sender of the communication, the internal Recipients (Candidates or Company Users present in the DB) or external Recipients (not present in the DB), the Subject and the body of the message, as well as the possibility of attaching files to the email.


NB: following the sending of an email, Candidates will receive a notification (which can be customised in System Settings > E-mails > E-mail > New message received) in their inbox which will tell them to access their Private Area to view the message and possibly send a reply.

The name of the Corporate User who sent the communication will ALWAYS be visible in their Private area, while the personal email address will ALWAYS be obscured.

You can add pre-set Template by clicking on Template > Add New Template button at the top right of the page.


You can add/edit Template categories by clicking on System Settings > Customisable fields > General  Email Template: Categories.
