Inrecruiting's Meetin is designed to create, schedule and manage live interviews.



Managing video interviews with Inrecruiting allows you to combine the advantages of the digital organization with those of the centralized management of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


To add a Video Interview you have to select Interviews > Add New > and select Live Interview  > YES


When creating a new Video Interview, you can configure the title (Subject) and a Description, attach a file to share with the Candidate, set the duration, select the relevant Teams and the reference vacancy, choose the Company users and candidates who will participate and ask for confirmation (if you ask for confirmation, the candidate MUST confirm his/her participation in order to enable the video interview URL).


It is also possible to give external users (or those who do not have an Inrecruiting account) the opportunity to participate in the video interview: simply enter the email address of the external user and press enter.


The external user will receive an email confirming the appointment where inside there will be the link to participate in the video interview.


The messages relating to the Video Interviews are all customizable by accessing Settings > E-mails > Interviews > Meeting live interview without confirmation/Meeting live interview with confirmation.


By ticking the flag on "Set Date and Time Availability" it is also possible to propose some dates available for the recruiter, which the candidate have to confirm through his / her reserved area.


After entering the general data on the video interview, click on the "Continue" button and go to the next window where you can set the slots to be chosen by the candidate. After submitting your Slots, the candidate will choose the best meeting date based on their availability.



To identify the Video Interview among the other appointments, they will be indicated by the icon


The organized video interviews will be visible in the Dashboard from the Interviews widget, by accessing the Calendar or in the Interviews section in the candidate's profile.



At the first access to Meetin, the browser will request the enabling of the Microphone and Video, which are mandatory to provide in order to correctly use the Video interview system.

Through the icons andit's possible to access the audio and video settings, which allow you to change the audio interface you want to use or the type of video camera.  


By clicking on the icon  it will be possible to share the screen of your browser for better remote communication and collaboration:



There is also an internal chat to send messages or polls during the video interview.



By means of the icon the participants can instead "raise their hand", to request the attention of the speaker.


The icon  instead allows you to change the type of display of the participants in the video interview while using the icon you can access the general call settings, as:


  • video sharing from Youtube;
  • audio sharing;
  • possibility to choose a virtual background.
