To import the Candidate Lists on Inrecruiting it is necessary to access System Settings > Importer > New data import > Fill in the fields in the Candidate Lists box by entering the name of the import, selecting the separator  and uploading the CSV file with the data to be imported:


NB: The format of the CSV file must meet the following requirements:

  • UTF8 format
  • It must not contain empty columns or rows
  • It must not contain cells with special characters
In addition to compliance with the format requirements, the accuracy of the data present in the CSV is the responsibility of the customer; any remediation of incorrect data entered in the CSV will be quoted separately.

 


 

At this point, you will need to click on the Import button. Following this operation, a new window will open in which you will proceed to map the fields:

Association criteria:

-Candidate association: In this section, you determine the criterion with which to search for the candidate to be associated: you can decide to associate the candidates by external ID or by ID.


-List Association: In this section, you determine the criterion with which to search for the list of candidates to be associated: you can decide to associate the list by name or by ID.

In the event that you decide to search by ID no other criteria will be set.

Instead, if you decide to search by name, you will have to set, in case the list is not found, the parameters related to the creation of the list.


Candidate List creation:

-Candidate list action: in this section, you are going to determine whether, in case the list is not found, you want it to be created or not.

In case you do not want to create it, no other criteria will be parameterized.


-Company association: In this section, you determine the criterion with which to search for the company to be associated with the list: you can decide to associate the lists with the company itself by external ID or by ID.

In case you choose to use the company itself, you will not need to map the CSV column.


-Job order Association: In this section, you determine the criterion with which to search for the job order to be associated with the list: you can decide to associate the list by external ID, by ID or not to associate the lists with the job orders


-Vacancy association by: In this selection, it will be possible to determine whether the search for the vacancy should be done by external ID, through the internal ID to Inrecruiting or if the association should not be made


-Teams association by: In this selection, it will be possible to determine whether the search for the team should be done by external ID, by the internal ID to Inrecruiting or if the association should not be made.


 

In the second part of the table instead, you are going to map the fields related to the lists:

Candidate

In the row relating to the candidate, in the CSV column, you will select the column in which you have inserted the candidates according to the parameter determined in the configurations.

This operation is mandatory in order to import the Lists of candidates.


Lists

In the row relating to the lists, in the CSV column, you are going to select the column in which you have inserted the lists, based on the search criterion determined in the above settings

Company

In the row relating to the company, in the CSV column, you will select the column in which you have inserted the Company, based on the search criterion determined in the above settings.

In the event that the association has been established that it should be carried out with the company itself, it will not be necessary to map this field.


Vacancy

In the row related to vacancies, in the CSV column, you are going to select the column in which you have placed the vacancies, based on the search criterion determined in the above settings


Description

In the row related to the description, in the CSV column, you will select the column in which you have inserted the descriptions of the Lists.

 

By clicking on "Save and Import" at the top right, the mapping will be saved and the data will be automatically imported from the system as soon as possible:
