By accessing the profile of a candidate, from any section of Inrecruiting, you can see a window that presents the entire history of the candidate.

 


The interface shows an interaction menu, located at the top and at the bottom of the window, and the candidate profile in the center of the page . This one is organized in different Tab, which are divided as follows:

  

  • Tab Candidate: you can see all the information uploaded by the same candidate, change the Candidate status, assign a Rating or add TagsYou can also change the information by clicking the Edit button above the image of the candidate's profile.
  • Tab CV Preview: it shows a preview of the digital CV attached by the candidate in the registration form.
  • Tab Comments / Interview Notes: through this page, you can assign or change a status of selection, using the Current Candidate Status function. You can also enter and edit Comments, see those entered by your colleagues (you can't edit it) and create Meeting notes.
  • Tab Applications: it shows a historian of vacancies to which the applicant is registered. You can manually add a candidate to a vacancy using the Assign Candidate to a Vacancy button.
  • Tab Sent to: you can see the list of customers who have presented the candidate.
  • Tab Interviews: it shows the list of the meetings in which the candidate participated and you have the ability to assign him a feedback.
  • Tab Lists: on this page you'll see the lists in which the candidate has been previously entered. You will also have the opportunity to create a new list using the function Add Candidate List.
  • Tab E-mails: it shows the list of e-mails that have been sent from your company to the candidate.
  • Tab Questionnaires: it shows the list of questionnaires that have been sent from your company to the candidate, with their scores.
  • Tab Documents: you can view and add documents relating to the candidate, through the function Upload document. You can choose to share the documents with your colleagues by sending them a notice of sharing, and if you share the same documents with the candidate.
