In the last few months we have been working on improving the Inrecruiting UX / UI.

The main new features are listed below:

Candidate Profile

The graphics inside the candidate profile have been updated: we have deleted the Evaluation Tab and created two new Comment Tab and Interview Notes Tab, in order to give greater weight and visibility to each section of the Profile.

The Candidate Status History, previously visible in the Evaluation Tab, is now under all the Select Status buttons in the lists and in the candidate profile.

The Top Candidates and Blacklist icons have been moved to the top of the candidate profile, aligning them with the other quick actions you can perform on the Candidates.

Furthermore, for customers who have activated our Artificial Intelligence engine, the system will propose a list of similar candidates to the profile being viewed.

Add new Candidate

It's now possible to compile the data that compose the INTERNAL Profile of the candidates directly in the Add new Candidate screen, in order to speed up the entry of the registry data and decreasing the steps to be taken.

Edit Profile interface

We have modified the graphic editing interface of the Candidates, making the layout more streamlined and modern.

Comments

We have modified the way in which Comments are inserted and displayed by Company Users on the Candidates: it is now possible to reply to comments made by Colleagues, assign an emoticon to their own (in order to highlight the most interesting ones) and track which Client, Job Order and Vacancy are entered.

Preview CV

We have introduced the possibility of previewing the CV in all the lists of candidates  (Candidates> Search, Vacancies > Applicants, Candidate Lists, etc.) by clicking on the "eye" icon in the CV column.

Search results highlighting

Following a text search, in Candidates> Search > Basic Search, the keywords that the system has identified in the Candidate Profile, in the CV Preview and in the Comments Tab will be highlighted.

Skills

We have added a new Skills field, which can be activated in the Registration Form, which allows Candidates or Company Users to modify them, to add up to 15 personal skills facilitated by self-completion and suggested items.

The same can be used by the Recruiters in the profile screening phase, within the Basic search of Candidates, to carry out a thorough and timely search.
