You can create Candidate lists to organize your candidates. 

 

To create a new list you have to select Menu > Candidates > Candidate lists and then click on Add candidate list. 

 

 

 

Once you have filled in the required fields, you can choose to share the list with your colleagues. 

 

You can combine a list with a vacancy, to keep track of the list of candidates related to the vacancy. 

 

Candidate lists are useful to: 

  • organize candidates with the same profile 

  • define and group the candidates in short lists 

  • group the candidates for a group interview 

  • communicate in an automated way with all the candidates in the list 

  • keep a tracking of the list 

  • have a history of the created lists 

 

Candidates who have not been displayed are marked with a colored circle, located around the profile photo, until you or another Company user enters the profile. 

 

 

 

 

It is also possible to assign the "State Of Candidate For List" to the candidates included in a list (which can be customized in System Settings Customisable fields> Candidates> State of candidate for list, or a specific evaluation for that candidate in relation to its association with the list itself.  

 

 

 

Deleting candidates from the lists does not involve the actual cancellation of the candidates from the database.
