Time to Fill


Time to Fill indicates the number of days between the publishing of the vacancy and the day the offer was accepted by the selected candidate.

It allows understanding the time to manage and close a vacancy, in order to plan correctly how long will it take to hire a new candidate in the future.


Time to Hire


Time to Hire indicates the number of days from the first contact with the candidate (application or first contact with a recruiter for passive candidates) to the day the offer was accepted.

It tracks the speed at which the candidates move on the Recruiting Funnel. It is an important measure since it gives feedback on the actual returns of a recruiting campaign. It also allows the HR manager to evaluate the optimal workload between members of his recruiting team.


How are they measured?


To track Time to Fill and Time to Hire in Inrecruiting you can, in the Applicants Tab of a vacancy, assign one of the Vacancy status in the HIRE category.


The System will then automatically calculate the results in the specific vacancy and it will be possible to view the KPI in the Analytics Tab



You will also be able to view the total results of all the vacancies in the module Analytics > Vacancies
