The new Video Presentation feature is available, which allows you to add a new field to the application forms through which the candidate can record a presentation of up to 90 seconds in real-time. This gives you an additional candidate evaluation element that will help you identify the best candidates faster.

The video presentation is currently available in beta version and could therefore be modified or disabled at any time.

It can be used free of charge with a monthly limit of 50 views of the video presentations recorded by the candidates. To extend this limitplease contact your sales representative or fill out the form here.

To activate itsimply go to System Settings > Process management > Application form > Candidates form > Click on the small pen icon to modify the web form> Tab. 3 Attachments & Privacy > Flag on Video Presentation

We recommend making this feature optional, as the technology used is not currently supported by all browsers (Safari and non-Chromium based browsers) and by iOS devices (Apple) and MacOS (Apple).

Once, you activated this function in the settings, when applying for a vacancy, the candidate will see the possibility to register the video presentation in the form

The registration will be visible in the list of candidates in the Video columnas shown in the following screenshot:

Also, it will be visible within the candidate's profile in the sidebar:

It is also possible to share the Video Presentation with external users using the share candidate function and flagging the "Video Presentation" item.

Finally, it's possible to view the remaining viewing credits against the subscribed plan by going to System Settings > Usage Limits.

Once the credits have been used up, it will no longer be possible to view the Video presentations associated with the candidates until the following month.

Otherwise, it is possible to request a plan upgrade.

NB: for customers that use the integration of the vacancies on their site via JSON it is mandatory to add the following attributes in the registration iframe to the vacancy, to allow the use of the microphone and the video camera:

allow = "camera; microphone"

allowusermedia

Below is an example of a correctly generated iframe:

<iframe src = "url" allowusermedia allow = "camera; microphone">
