New Conversa PreScreen Features
This month we introduced several enhancements designed to increase flexibility, improve the quality of the candidate experience, and strengthen the reliability of Conversa PreScreen, the new Inrecruiting feature powered by our INDA technology. Conversa PreScreen transforms the early stages of the recruitment process by automating pre‑screening interviews, making it easier and faster to manage large volumes of applications.
It is an AI assistant that autonomously conducts the first pre‑selection interview through voice or text-based conversations: it asks candidates questions, dives deeper into their answers, and provides recruiters with a structured summary.
- Customizable Candidate-Facing Texts
It is now possible to customize the texts displayed to candidates during the interview with Conversa PreScreen. Companies can tailor messages, instructions, and the tone of communication to better match their needs and employer branding. - Voice Customization for Conversa
We have introduced the option to choose the voice used by Conversa from 10 available options: 5 male voices and 5 female voices.
Translation of the Transcript and Final Report
The interview transcript and the related report can now be automatically translated into the languages configured in the company’s user interface, making it easier to read and share information.Extended Support for 46 Languages
Conversa PreScreen now supports 46 languages for both the interview language and foreign‑language questions, expanding its usability in multilingual contexts.Anti‑Cheating Mechanisms
To ensure greater authenticity in written responses, a block has been introduced that prevents copy‑and‑paste actions in text fields dedicated to open‑ended questions.Message Date, Time, and Type Details in the Transcript
The final transcript now includes the date and time each message was sent, as well as the message type (text or voice).

New Inrecruiting–Welcomin Integration
The integration between Inrecruiting and Welcomin, the platform developed by Zucchetti to transform preboarding experiences, is now available.
This integration is designed to improve the continuity of HR processes and optimize candidate data management. It enables the transfer of information between the two platforms, simplifying user management and delivering a more efficient operational experience.
This development represents a first step toward a broader collaboration between the two systems, with the goal of providing companies with an increasingly integrated and efficient workflow.

Inda Gen Interview Summary
We are preparing a new INDA feature designed to simplify the post‑interview phase after a recruiter‑led interview: a system that automatically generates a summary of the interview transcript.
It transforms every interview into structured, actionable insights. By uploading the interview transcript (e.g. from Teams or Google Meet), Inda generates a multi‑layered summary: an immediate snapshot to support decision‑making, the main strengths and critical points, and an in‑depth analysis aligned with the job description and the candidate’s profile. This allows recruiters to move faster, reduce bias, and build a consistent and comparable evaluation for each candidate.
Inda – Natural Language Candidate Search
Searching for profiles will soon become even more intuitive thanks to a new feature that allows users to enter a request in natural language and obtain accurate results without complex configurations.
INDA will automatically interpret the entered sentence and convert it into a Boolean query, maintaining the precision of structured search while offering the simplicity of a conversation.
A more modern and immediate way to find the right candidates—ideal for those who want to speed up their search without sacrificing accuracy.
