Thanks to the functionality for sending anonymous EEO/OFCCP (Equal Employment Opportunity) surveys, Inrecruiting enables companies to comply with EEO/OFCCP regulations. These features allow companies to anonymously collect candidates' demographic data and generate reports containing this information in an aggregated manner.
Note: It is highly recommended to consult your DPO to configure this feature and ensure full compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to your company.

What is EEO? Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws prohibit U.S. employers from discriminating against candidates based on ethnicity, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status in various work situations, including hiring.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is a federal U.S. agency primarily responsible for enforcing federal laws that prevent workplace discrimination. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is part of the U.S. Department of Labor and is tasked with ensuring that employers working with the federal government comply with non-discrimination laws and regulations.
Does EEO apply to my company?
Most U.S. companies with at least 15 employees are covered by EEO laws and must collect demographic data on their applicants.
In addition, some employers are required to collect and submit workforce demographic data annually in an EEO-1 report.
Even if you are not required to collect EEO data, you can use these functions to measure your company's diversity and inclusion policies.
EEO/OFCCP Fields and Form (survey) configurations.
From the System Settings > Process Management > Candidate Field Structure section you can view the EEO category within which there are some default fields generated for this feature to work properly.
From the same section you will eventually be able to add new fields that will make up the EEO category.
NB: Only single-selection fields can be added for the EEO category.
Next, from the System Settings > Process Management > Equal Employment Opportunity > EEO Forms section it will be possible to create the forms (surveys) that will be sent to candidates to fill in only the EEO type fields.
Hiring pipeline configurations for form submission (survey).
By accessing the System Settings > Process Management > Hiring pipelines > create/edit pipeline section, it will be necessary to define on which one(s) of the vacancy status of the HIRED category to activate the automatism that will send the EEO form (survey) request to candidates.
NB: EEO (survey) forms can only be associated with vacancy status of the HIRED category.
EEO/OFCCP form (survey) activation in vacancies
After completing the configurations in the System Settings section, it will be possible to define in which vacancies to enable the EEO/OFCCP form (survey) submission.
To do this you need to enable the Equal Employment Opportunity section from Tab1. Description vacancies, select which EEO type form (survey) to send to applicants and define the “Job Type” from those proposed from the drop-down menu.
Candidate Experience.
Candidates registered to vacancies for which the EEO form (survey) submission option has been activated and who will be assigned one of the vacancy status in the HIRED category in which the EEO form (survey) submission option has been activated will be sent an automatic email from the system in which there will be a link that will allow them to fill out the form without having to log in to their Inrecruiting restricted area.
NB: Data collection is completely anonymous and it will not be possible in any way to trace the answers given back to the candidates who filled out the survey
EEO/OFCCP report export.
By accessing the Vacancysection of Inrecruiting we will have the ability to download the export with aggregated data anonymously.
To do this, simply click on the Export EEO data icon.
