New Inrecruiting System Settings

With the aim of making our platform increasingly intuitive and attentive to customer needs, we have decided to update the UI of the Inrecruiting system settings.

The new simplified interface allows quick and direct access to essential settings, reducing the time needed to set up the system. Furthermore, the changes made will allow even more precise customization of processes.

Finally, the search functionality has been added within the settings, making them easier to navigate.

For further information regarding the new settings, you can contact your account manager.

New Provider module interface

With our platform, companies that use employment agencies and external companies for recruiting activities can benefit from a special module called "Provider". Using this form, Providers will be able to upload candidate information directly onto the platform to share with you, also flagging the privacy policy which authorizes them to share.

This tool allows you to create a complete registry of all the companies from which these services are requested, collect all the information useful for tracking the activities carried out by providers and distinguish them from those carried out internally.

Thanks to the graphic update of the module and the restructuring of the interface, this management has never been so simple and intuitive.

For further information regarding the new features of the Provider module and its configuration, you can contact your reference account manager.

New Download module interface

Thanks to some improvements in the interface, it is now even easier to manage the files contained in the Download section of Inrecruiting.

The graphic changes allow you to more effectively distinguish the different types of content. At the same time, two filters have been added for expiration status and file relevance division.

Finally, it is now possible to download multiple files from those still available to your PC at the same time.

For further information regarding the new features of the Download module, you can contact your account manager.

Set the Application status assignment date

A new feature is now available that allows you to bring forward or postpone the date of a change in candidate Application status.

In the configurations of the hiring pipelines, it will be possible to decide for which status to activate the functionality, in order to obtain the highest possible level of personalization of the selection processes.

The functionality will be usable for individual candidates and not for lists or lists.

For further information regarding the activation of the functionality and its configuration, you can contact your relevant account manager.

Customize the Application status notification in real time

A new feature is now available that will allow you to modify, just before sending, the text of the notification that the candidate will receive upon a change in Application Status.

In the Inrecruiting settings, as currently operated, you can define the default text to be used and choose via the appropriate option whether to make the text editable by all users before sending (https://inrecruiting.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000149727-automatic-feedback-to-candidates).

When sending, it will be possible to maintain that format or further modify the text thanks to the new functionality just described.

For further information regarding the activation of the functionality and its configuration, you can contact your relevant account manager.

Coming soon

New features of INDA and Integration with generative AI

As anticipated in the January 2024 Release Note, we are working on the integration of the functionality called Job Matching, available through INDA, and on an integration with new generative AI models for the creation of specific content for recruiting.

Stay connected, further updates on the progress of the work will follow in the coming weeks!

New Account Management interface for Candidates and Employees

To enable easier management of candidate and employee accounts on Inrecruiting, i.e. the control of privacy-related requests, we have made graphical improvements to the "Manage Account" function.

It will thus be even more intuitive to check requests to eliminate candidates, remove the application for an advert, send notifications for password recovery and account deactivation.

In the coming weeks we will share further details on what's new in account management and the features that will benefit from it. Stay tuned!
