In the Tab 2 Publishing you can add the following information:
- Publishing information, such as the duration of the Vacancy, what domain publish it and where share it using the Vacancy Link or the main Social Network.
- Publishing options, such as the approval of the Vacancy, the visibility of the Company Name, the Registration type, the Application form and the access to Multicasting Unlimited.
- Pre Screening options, where you can choose whether to assign a Questionnaire to the candidate.
- Notifications to Company users, where you can choose whether and who will receive an e-mail notification after a candidate's application.
- Updated On - This date will automatically update to today's date when you select the "Publishing" section. You can change it to a manual date if you like. (Shows on the Vacancy information page that candidates see)
- Closing Date - This date will be when the vacancy will change from "Published" to "Expired".
- Domain - either the internal platform (Cezanne HR S.r.l Platform in this example) or the external sites that you have integrated with (cezannehr.com in this example).
- Application Form - choose which form you want users to use when applying for this vacancy (Forms are created from System Settings > Process management > Application form > Candidates form - the form needs to be set as external and published from that page to appear in this drop=down).
- Questionnaire - You can choose whether you want a Questionnaire to be sent to a candidate once they apply. If you select Yes, a drop-down will appear which you should use to choose the questionnaire. A field will also appear which allows you to choose the questionnaire top mark.
- Company User Notification - You can choose if and where you want to receive e-mail notifications for the vacancy.
- Multiposting - means posting to multiple job boards. You can select which boards to post to by choosing Yes or No on each.
You can then click "Publish" to complete the publication of the vacancy:
