Job Matching and generative AI integration (activation on demand)

We are excited to announce that the latest updates to the integration between Inrecruiting and INDA, our recruitment-specific artificial intelligence, are now available.

A first new feature is Job Matching: a functionality that allows you to match each vacancy with the candidates most similar to the profile you are looking for and vice versa.

In addition, it is now possible to automatically create, by means of generative artificial intelligence algorithms, texts for the publication of vacancies, questions to be put to candidates during the interview phase, and texts to be used as descriptions of posts for sharing vacancies on social networks.

Finally, the graphical interfaces integrating INDA components have been updated, so that its contribution in recruiting activities is even more visible and enhanced.

For further information on the new Inda integration, please see the two dedicated chapters in the "Release update" section of the January 2024 Release Note, or contact your account manager.

Tracking spontaneous applications

Inrecruiting allows users to collect spontaneous applications via special forms to be integrated on their website.

From April 2024, it will be possible to define a specific source for applications collected in this way. To do so, the 'Source' field must be filled in when generating codes in the system settings.

Example: if this field is filled in with 'SpontaneousApplication', all applications from this form will have 'SpontaneousApplication' as their source.

Customising the tracking of vacancies views and registrations

In order to create referral plans or share a vacancy on channels not included in Multiposting, it is possible to modify ad Urls with some specific wording.

For example, by inserting the wording '?d=matteo' at the end of the Url, candidates will be tracked with source 'matteo' for the specific vacancy.

By using this kind of wording, once the link is clicked, the candidate is redirected directly to the application form.

Since April 2024, the new wording '?jd=matteo' has been available, which, once the link has been clicked, redirects candidates to the job description page for them to view.

In both cases, applications on Inrecruiting will retain 'matteo' as the source.

Cover image for vacancies

In the system settings it is now possible to insert a cover image which will be attached by default to all vacancies published with Inrecruiting.

In addition, you will be able to change it on the individual vacancy creation page so that it matches the ad content more closely.

New 'last updated date' logic for candidate shares

The new logic for changing the 'Last updated date' of a candidate share has been implemented.

From April 2024, in fact, the mentioned date will be changed according to these three cases:

  • Extending the expiry date of the share;
  • Manual addition of new candidates to a shared list;
  • Automatic addition of new candidates to a shared list, as in the case of a list-vacancy association.

New French Job Board Pole Emploi

With the aim of increasingly broadening the horizons of Inrecruiting's use, we have decided to integrate the Pole Emploi platform into the Job Board pool.

For further information on the activation of the platform on Multiposting, please contact your account manager.
