Introduction of Two-Factor Authentication (activation upon request)

Inrecruiting has always made data security a fundamental value. Therefore, in order to continue to provide a state-of-the-art service, we are pleased to announce that, starting in February 2024, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be available on our platform. It is a tool that adds a step to access via username and password, a further proof that certifies the identity of the recruiter. In this way, even if an unauthorized user were to get hold of our password, they would still be denied access to the platform.

To take advantage of this feature, you will need to download an Authentication App (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) on your smartphone. Once you have created your account, simply scan the QR code available in the Inrecruiting security settings and enter the OTP code generated by the application.

Once the configuration is complete, it will be possible to access the Inrecruiting platform with Two-Factor Authentication, which will then require the insertion of an OTP code after entering the username and password.

For more information about activating 2-Factor Authentication or configuring it for access to the platform, please contact your account manager.

Management of the maximum number of applications per vacancy (activation upon request)

Starting from February 2024, a novelty with a significant impact on the management of vacancies and, above all, selection calls for public administrations will be available on Inrecruiting.

The new feature will allow you to define, when creating a vacancy, the maximum number of applications that you intend to collect. Once this goal is achieved, the vacancy will be automatically de-published, thus preventing the registration of new candidates.

If you want to admit further applications, simply increase the parameter previously set and publish the same ad again.

For further details about the feature, please contact your Account Manager.

New Permission for Guidelines Management (activation upon request)

The ability to insert guidelines, intended as memorandums for the creation of a shared knowledge base, is one of the most consolidated features of Inrecruiting.

The management of this type of information is an activity of absolute importance. Therefore, we have decided to implement a new logic for consulting the guidelines, which will imply two possibilities of access: read and edit for those who are authorized to define company practices, and read-only for those who are not.

This will allow you to achieve stricter control and ensure greater consistency in the information collected on Inrecruiting.

To obtain more information on the management of the Inrecruiting guidelines or on the activation of this permission, please contact your account manager.

Improvements and bug fixes

Finally, in addition to the new features described in the previous paragraphs, we are working on the continuous improvement and updating of Inrecruiting, also thanks to the valuable feedback provided by users.

We have paid particular attention to the optimization of the source code and to the resolution of bugs, to ensure an even more stable user experience and an increasingly performing and secure software for our customers.

We have paid particular attention to simplifying the structure of the interface, focusing on creating an intuitive and accessible environment. This restructuring allows for quick and direct access to essential settings, reducing the time required for setup and optimizing the overall efficiency of the platform, so users can focus on managing recruiting tasks without distractions of any kind.

In addition, the fluidity of navigation has been further improved thanks to the valuable feedback provided by Inrecruiting users. We've listened carefully to your experiences and suggestions, making targeted improvements that make browsing even smoother and more enjoyable.

Job Matching

We're excited to share exciting news about Inrecruiting with you. In the coming weeks, we'll be introducing a groundbreaking feature that leverages INDA artificial intelligence to further improve the recruiting process. This new feature will be dedicated to the automatic association of candidates and vacancies, ensuring a more accurate and faster match between the candidates' skills and the requirements for open positions.

To achieve this ambitious goal, we've further refined the already powerful "Suggested Candidates" feature and introduced a new component: "Suggested Listings". This intelligent integration will allow a targeted correlation between published job offers and candidate profiles, optimizing the selection process and speeding up the recruiting phases.

The combination of these improvements will not only simplify the matching process, but will also make the entire recruiting activity more efficient, allowing companies to quickly identify the most suitable candidates for open positions. We are confident that this innovation will have a positive impact on the productivity and effectiveness of recruitment operations.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more details on these new features – we'll share more in-depth information on how INDA works and how these features can be integrated into your recruitment process. We thank you for your continued trust in Inrecruiting and will continue to strive to provide you with advanced and cutting-edge solutions.

Inrecruiting's integration with generative AI

We're excited to introduce two revolutionary new features to Inrecruiting, which will fundamentally change the way companies manage the recruiting process. These new capabilities are the result of our collaboration with advanced generative AI systems, designed to optimize operations related to human resource management.

The first of the two features concerns the creation of job vacancies. Thanks to the integration of artificial intelligence, Inrecruiting will be able to analyze the structure of the vacancies previously published by the company, learning their style and language preferences. Using this information, the platform will generate targeted and eye-catching job postings that are optimized to attract the most qualified candidates. Not only will this automated process save time, but it will also ensure the consistency and effectiveness of your vacancies.

The second feature will be dedicated to the interview phase and will use artificial intelligence to suggest relevant assessment questions with a role or a specific position, to be asked to candidates during the interview. This personalized approach will ensure that the interview is centered on the aspects most relevant to the position, allowing interviewers to gain crucial information to make informed decisions.

In addition, thanks to the integration with generative AI, it will be possible to generate promotional copy for job vacancies to share on social media. Inrecruiting will create persuasive and captivating messages, suitable for specific social platforms, to maximize the visibility and interest of potential candidates.

We are confident that these new capabilities will revolutionize the way companies manage recruitment, improving the efficiency, accuracy and impact of their operations.

In the coming weeks, we'll share more details about the specific capabilities of each feature and how they can be seamlessly integrated into companies' recruiting processes.
