Candidate Fiscal Code Validation - Italy only (activation on demand)


A new feature is now available to verify the correctness of the tax code entered by Italian candidates on Inrecruiting.


In the application settings, you can decide which personal data will be verified by the system to validate the entered text (e.g. first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth and gender),


Furthermore, to ensure that applicants do not unintentionally enter an incorrect tax code and to improve the efficiency of the platform, registration for a vacancy will be prevented until a correct one is entered.

Automatic archiving when desired candidates are reached (activation on demand)


A new functionality is now available that allows the automatic archiving of vacancies that have reached the desired number of recruited candidates. The archiving obviously includes the depublication of the vacancy.


The use of this tool ensures even more intuitive and efficient recruiting, as it allows you to focus your resources on active vacancies only, simplifies the vacancy management interface and prevents candidates from registering for positions that have already been filled.

New User account admin interface


In order to make it easier to manage candidate and employee accounts on Inrecruiting, i.e. to check privacy-related requests, we have made improvements to the interface of Candidates > User account admin. Here you will be able to check candidate deletion requests even more easily, remove applications from a vacancy, send password recovery notifications and deactivate accounts.



New External User Management Interface 


In order to allow easier management of External Users, i.e. users who do not have an account on Inrecruiting but with whom you want to share candidate profiles, we have made graphical improvements to the related functionality.


This will make it even more intuitive to enter and edit the master data and e-mail addresses of External Users, so that they can benefit from some basic Inrecruiting features.



Notification to HR referent for Change of Application Status


Within the Hiring Pipeline configurations it is possible to ensure that, when a candidate changes to a certain Application Status, an email notification is sent to the HR Referents (configurable in Settings > General Settings > Company Data > HR Referents).


This functionality allows the Referents to be kept constantly up-to-date on the progress of personnel search and selection processes, even if they are not Inrecruiting users.



Notification of Vacancy Owner upon publication of vacancy (activation on demand)


A new feature is now available that allows you to send an automatic notification to the Vacancy Owner (set up when creating the vacancy) when the vacancy is published, in order to inform him/her in good time.

New INDA functionality and integration with generative AI


As anticipated in previous Release Notes, we are working on the integration of the feature called Job Matching, available through INDA, and on an integration with new generative AI models for the creation of recruiting-specific content.
