We have developed an employee management module, which allows you to collect the CVs of company employees and carry out a job posting within the company. You will also be able to export employee curricula data via our templates (for example in case you have to present them for a tender or in the case of outsourced services).
Adding Employees
To upload the details of an Employee, click on Candidates > Add, in the Inrecruiting side menu, and select the "Employees" item that appears in the "User type" field.
After entering the required data, click on the "Save" button.
Creation of Employee WebForms
Within the Application Form Creation page (System settings > Process management > Application Form > Candidates form > Add new) it is possible to create specific Forms for Employees to be included in the application page and define the fields that candidates will view within their reserved area of Recruiting.
There are two types of forms:
- Internal: it is the one that can be viewed by Employees within their own reserved area.
- External: it is the one that can be viewed by Employees in the Vacancy Registration Form
Publication of Employee vacancies
It is possible to publish vacancies visible only to Company Employees by clicking on Announcements > Add > In Tab. 2 Publication under "User type" select the "Employee" field.
At this point under "Registration form" it will be possible to select which form created specifically for employees to attach to the vacancy.
NB: the publication of a vacancies for Employees will not be visible on the Career Page and on the Multiposting portals.
They will be visible only in the Employees personal area and throught the Iframe/JSON integration on the client website.
We suggest to integrate the interal vacancies list on a page which is visible only to employees (ex. Intranet).
To generate the iframe integration codes for internal vacancies you have to click on Settings > Web Page integration options > Integrate Vacancies via Iframe > Select Domain > User Type > Employees > Get Code
To generate the JSON integration code for internal vacancies you have to click on Settings > Web Page integration options > Integrate Vacancies via JSON > Employees > Yes
Search Employees
It is possible to search for Employees in your DB by clicking on Candidates > Search > Filters > Select the "Employee" field under "User Type".
