With a view to continuous improvement of the Inrecruiting user experience and consistency with the new brand identity, we report below the list of improvements, implementations and new additions already available or that will be released in the coming weeks on Inrecruiting:
Vacancies Landing Page: You can now add a Vacancy cover image.Furthermore, the user interface (UI) of the vacancies has been optimized and the application form will be accessible on a different page than the job description; it will thus be possible to track new KPIs of the vacancy such as the click-through rate (CTR), i.e. how many candidates after reading the vacancy have chosen to click on "Apply", and the average time spent by candidates in reading the job description and when completing the application form.
Finally, it will be possible to download the QR Code of each vacancy (by clicking on the Share button) to facilitate sharing even off-line (e.g. career-day, branch/office window, reception, etc.)
Customers: restyling of the graphical interface for creating, editing and viewing customer data;
Candidate Lists: restyling of the graphical interface for creating/modifying Candidate Lists;
Manual addition of new candidates to the vacancy: from the Applicants Tab of a vacancy it is now possible to create a new candidate and automatically associate it with the vacancy being consulted;
Vacancy status visibility by Role (Add-on): it is possible to configure the visibility and/or the possibility of assigning each Vacancy status to specific company roles;
Eggup integration (Add-on): integration with Eggup, the Zucchetti group's Soft Skills analysis system, was completed;
Broadbean integration (Add-on): the integration with Broadbean, the international Job distribution software, was completed;
New Candidate Sharing with External Users permissions: Added the "View External Users Comments" and "View External Users Interview Notes" permissions that allow external users to view Comments and Interview Notes from other external users.
