To import the Vacancies on Inrecruiting you need to access System Settings > Importer > New data import > Fill in the fields in the Vacancies box by entering the name of the import, selecting the separator and uploading the csv file with the data to be imported:
NB: The format of the CSV file must meet the following requirements:
- UTF8 format
- It must not contain empty columns or rows
- It must not contain cells with special characters
At this point you will need to click on the Import button. Following this operation, a new window will open in which you will proceed to map the fields:
In the first part you have the configurations, which are used to determine the parameters to be used for mapping.
Company association
In this section you determine the criterion with which to search for the company to be associated with the vacancy: you can decide to associate the vacancies with the company itself, by external ID or by ID.
In case you choose to use the company itself, you will not need to map the CSV column.
Job order association
In this section you decide whether to associate the vacancy with a Job order and which criterion to use: you can decide to search by external ID or by ID.
Internal referent association
In this section you decide whether to associate the vacancy with an Internal Referent and which criterion to use: you can decide to search by external ID or by ID.
Languages
In this section, you determine which language to import your vacancies into. You can only import vacancies in one language. In the event that you need to fill out the vacancy in multiple languages, you will be able to fill in the tabs for the remaining languages by accessing the ad edit.
In the second part of the table instead, you are going to map the fields related to the vacancies:
To map the data fields of the vacancy, you will need to select in the CSV column, the item that must go to enhance the data on Inrecruiting in the first column.
In order for the ad to be geolocated correctly, it is necessary that the ISO Country field is filled in ISO2 format and the Cap is filled in with a valid value.
In the last section you will have the details of the vacancy:
It will be necessary to select in the CSV column the item that must enhance the data on Inrecruiting present in the first column.
In this section, it is mandatory in order to correctly import the vacancies, that at least the Title field is mapped.
By clicking on "Save and Import" at the top right, the mapping will be saved and the data will be automatically imported from the system as soon as possible:
