To import the Applications on Inrecruiting  it is necessary to access System Settings > Importer > New data import > Fill in the fields in the Applications Box by entering the name of the import, selecting the separator and uploading the CSV file with the data to be imported:

 

NB: The format of the CSV file must meet the following requirements:

  • UTF8 format
  • It must not contain empty columns or rows
  • It must not contain cells with special characters
In addition to compliance with the format requirements, the accuracy of the data present in the CSV is the responsibility of the customer; any remediation of incorrect data entered in the CSV will be quoted separately.

 

 

At this point, you will need to click on the Import button. Following this operation, a new window will open in which you will proceed to map the fields:

 

 

 

Configurations:


-Candidate Association:  In this section you determine the criterion with which to search for the candidate to be associated: you can decide to associate the candidates by external ID or by ID.

This operation is mandatory  in order to import.


-Vacancy association: In this section you determine the criterion with which to search for the vacancy to be associated: you can decide to associate the vacancies by external ID, by internal ID to Inrecruiting.

This operation is mandatory  in order to import.


-Status association: In this select you determine whether to associate a vacancy status and according to which criterion to search for it, then whether by name or ID internal to Inrecruiting

In case you decide to not associate your application with a vacancy status, you will not need to map the field in the CSV column

 

In the second part of the table instead, you will map the fields related to the applications:

To map the application fields, it will be necessary to select in the CSV column, the item that must go to enhance the data on Inrecruiting in the first column.


The Candidate and Vacancy fields must be mapped in order for the import to be successful.

 

By clicking on "Save and Import" at the top right, the mapping will be saved and the data will be automatically imported from the system as soon as possible:
