Disposition Data
There is now a new option help improve the quality of applications sent from Indeed. Enabling this setting will only share disposition data related to recent applications sent from Indeed. Sending disposition data to Indeed can help you get more quality applicants for your jobs.
Indeed is successfully using Disposition Data as part of our continual efforts to increase the quality of applications sent to employers.
Employers who send Disposition Data to Indeed are likely to receive higher quality applications than employers who do not send Disposition Data to Indeed.
How does a Disposition Data integration work?
When an employer makes a change in the ATS to the status of an application that came from Indeed, Inrecruiting transmits the new status signal, along with an anonymized application ID and a date/time stamp.
How is Indeed using Disposition Data to increase the quality of applications?
The disposition data that Indeed collects from Inrecruiting is being aggregated and analyzed by the job seeker product team. Disposition data is used to improve targeting of job advertisements and the application experience in order to help candidates better understand how the skills on their resumes meet your requirements, as seen in the following examples.
To enable this feature you need to go to System Settings > External Systems > Third-party system configurations
> Indeed Configurations > Disposition data.
Indeed Apply
Indeed Apply is Indeed’s easy, mobile-optimized application process. Jobs with Indeed Apply provide job seekers with a way to apply to jobs and use their Indeed resume to complete their applications from any device, including mobile devices. Indeed Apply also supports screening questions and can be configured for most custom application processes, ensuring you have the information you need to make the best hiring decisions. Jobs with Indeed Apply are clicked on 26% more often than non-Indeed Apply jobs.
To enable this feature you need to go to System Settings > External Systems > Third-party system configurations > Indeed Configurations > Indeed Apply.
Indeed Tracking Code
Conversion Tracker is an Indeed-generated, client-specific tracking beacon or pixel that can be used by a client to track Indeed as a source of applicant. Once Conversion Tracker has been put in place for a client by the ATS, the client can come to Indeed and see in their Indeed account the conversions that result from job advertisements. Conversion Tracker also enables Indeed to better detect or anticipate technical issues or broken links within employer campaigns.
How does Indeed’s Conversion Tracker work?
The code is installed in the page that is displayed after the job seeker has completed the job application (typically the "thank you" page). This code then “talks back to” the Indeed advertiser site, sending a signal that Indeed provided the applicant for that job. This is a simple counting signal; Indeed does not and cannot collect any information via Conversion Tracker.
To enable this feature you need to go to System Settings > External Systems > Indeed Configurations > Indeed tracking code.
Screening Questions
The Inrecruiting integration includes Screener Questions, that allow candidates to fill on Indeed questions and fields mapped into Inrecruiting 'Web Form'.
