If you activate the Indeed Apply functionality, you will be able to view on Inrecruiting the fields present in the Indeed ‘Profile’ of candidates who send an application from that job board.

NB: if you also activate the Screener question functionality, you will receive both the fields in the Indeed ‘Profile’ and the fields in the Inrecruiting application form, in separate sections.

Therefore, if you access the profile of a candidate whose application comes from Indeed, you will find an additional category called Indeed application data:

This category is collapsed by default but clicking on the + on the right will expand and all the fields received will be visible:

The fields received from Indeed are not present in the field structure as they are in view only: it is not possible to modify them, customize their order and cannot be used to search within the database.

The Indeed category is always at the bottom of the candidate profile

The fields will be updated every time a new application is received: all the data in this section are overwritten, so in the event that we receive different information from Indeed for the same profile and some fields are no longer sent, the fields previously present will no longer be visible even on Inrecruiting.

The resume from Indeed will be placed as a link in the Indeed - Indeed Resume url field; in the event that the candidate does not have the Resume File in the profile, the file received from Indeed is also inserted in this section.

If, on the other hand, the CV file is already present, it will not be updated with the one from the JobBoard, but will be available via the link in the Indeed - Indeed CV url field;
