Candidate personl area

Modified on Thu, 10 Jul at 11:38 AM

All candidates who register to a vacancy or who are manually added to the DB by the company, will have access to their own Reserved Area (Candidate Portal), where they will be able to update their curricular information, check the Privacy policies, register for other announcements of the company and generally manage their Profile.

Following the registration or manual addition of a candidate, he will receive an email containing the activation link of his account, from which he can set the password to access his reserved area.

After setting the password, to log in it will be necessary to enter the username (which corresponds to the candidate's email) and the chosen password.

In the event that the candidate does not remember the password entered, simply click on Password recovery  and he will receive an email with a link to which he will have the opportunity to reset it.

At the first access, the candidate must accept the mandatory privacy policies set by the company.

Subsequently, from the Dashboard they will have access to an overview of the information related to their account, such as the percentage of completion of the profile, any questionnaires received, the latest announcements published by the company, the appointments to which they have been invited, the scheduled events and the emails received.

By clicking on their name at the top right, the candidate will access their account settings: here they can view the accepted privacy and change their password.

In addition, in this section you can request the deletion, anonymization or deactivation of your profile.

  1. Delete > Permanently delete the entire candidate profile. Following the cancellation, the candidate will no longer have access to his reserved area and all his data (including applications to vacancies) will be permanently deleted.

When the candidate clicks on the "Request deletion" button, a profile deletion request is sent to the privacy contact set up. You will be notified and can proceed with the effective deletion from the Applicants section > Manage Account > Privacy Requests > Candidate Requests for Privacy Management.

  2. Anonymization > The anonymization feature  allows you to completely obscure all the information contained in the candidate's profile.
    • All personal data is hidden.
    • Fields marked as "Sensitive" are permanently deleted.
    • In the interface, the anonymized profile will not show any information, except for the candidate ID, which will remain visible.

⚠️ Important: Only the candidate can restore their profile. To do this, they will have to access their reserved area and enter sensitive data again.

N.B
: If a previously anonymized candidate applies through third-party portals (e.g., Indeed), their profile will be automatically de-anonymized.

When the candidate clicks on the "Request anonymization" button, a profile anonymization request is sent to the privacy contact you set up. You will be notified and can proceed with the actual anonymization from the Candidates section > Manage Account > Privacy Requests > Candidate Requests for Privacy Management.

  1. Profile status (Deactivation)
When the candidate clicks on the "Deactivate Profile" button, the candidate's profile remains in the database but will no longer appear among the results of any search carried out on Inrecruting. The profile will still be visible and accessible only from the registered list of a vacancy and will only be searchable in the Manage Account section > Candidate Management.

From the side menu, the candidate will be able to access the different sections of the Candidate Portal.

Through the Profile item  you can modify or implement the personal and professional information entered in the application form; you can also update your CV and profile picture.

In  the Vacancies Search section  you will be able to search among the vacancies published by the company, in the Applications made section  you will find the vacancies  to which you have registered and finally in  the Saved Searches section  you will have the opportunity to view only the vacancies that comply with the filters you have set.

Following an invitation to a interview by a Company User, the Candidate, in addition to receiving a notification via Email, will find the details of the appointment in the Calendar section, from which he can also confirm his participation (if it was requested when creating the Interview) or select the day on which he intends to participate in the interview (if an Interview Proposal has been sent to him).

In the Questionnaires section, the candidate will be able to view and fill in the questionnaires administered by the company.

In  the Events section, the candidate will be able to find the events and speeches organized by the company, apply and see those for which he has registered.

In the Email section, the candidate will find all the communications received from the company:

Finally, by clicking on the icon  at the top right of the Header Bar, you can send a ticket to the company to request assistance:
