For each published Vacancy you can get, automatically and immediately, a list of Candidates present in your database as the software suggests you are eligible for the ideal profile you are looking for.
In this way, before you can receive your first candidate, you can start contacting candidates already in the database.
In order to allow the system to find Candidates in line with a Vacancy, it is necessary to include a Tag List (ie keywords) within the Tab1 Vacancy that will be searched within the Candidate profiles present in the company DB and attached CVs.
At this point, into the details of the Vacancy, within the Suggested candidates tab, you will be able to see the list of suggested candidates, whose domicile is within 30km of the vacancy location.
Clicking the button "Apply filters" will be possibile to further filter the candidates with the Candidates Search parameters.
