Field Structure > Field Types

When creating the new field, it is possible to define the desired type of field, choosing from the following:

Texts

• Text → Single-line field to enter short textual information (e.g. first name, last name).
• Text Area → Extended field to enter descriptions or longer content (e.g. notes, comments).

Selections

• Single → Select Allows you to choose only one option from the available options.
• Multi-select → Allows you to select multiple options at once.

Contacts

• Telephone → Field dedicated to entering telephone numbers.
• Email → Validated field for entering email addresses.
• Url → Field to insert links to websites or online resources.

Geolocations

• Address → Field to enter a complete address.
• Birth Address → Specific field for the place of birth.
• Nationality → Field to indicate nationality.
• Multinationality → Allows you to select multiple nationalities.

Date

• Date → Field to select a date.
• Date and Time → Field to select a date and the associated time.
• Now → Field to select the time only.
• Month → Field to select a specific month.
• Year → Field to select a year.
• Range date → Allows you to select a range between two dates.
• Monthly Interval → Field to define a period in months.

Files

• Image → Allows the upload of image files.
• Document → Field to upload documents (es. PDF, DOC).
• Document issued → Specific field for official documents to be issued or signed.

Numbers

• Integer → Numeric field to enter numbers without decimals.
• Decimal → Numeric field for entering numbers with decimals.

Information

• Italian VAT number → Field validated for entering the VAT number.
• IBAN → Field to enter bank details.
• Tax code → Field validated for the tax code.

More

• Switch → Boolean field (yes/no) used to turn an option on or off.
