The Welcome Page serves as the cover and starting point that users see when beginning to fill out a Workflow.
To create or customize a Welcome Page, go to:
Settings > Workflows > Content Configuration > Welcome Page
From the list of Welcome Pages, click on "New Welcome Page" in the top right corner to define an internal name (not visible to the user) and add a description.

In the lower section, you can personalize the user experience with various elements:

- Image: You can upload an image directly from your computer to enrich the visual content.
- Title: A clear and visible header to guide the user.
- Description: A short explanatory text that outlines the steps to follow, actions to take, and key information.
- Button Text: The text that will appear on the button, guiding the user to start the workflow.
- Greeting Message and Signature: A final greeting accompanied by a signature to make the experience more personal and welcoming.
Once saved, the Welcome Page will appear in the list.
From this page, you can click the edit icon to modify saved data, or the archive icon to archive unused pages.

By clicking the Archive button in the top right corner, you can view all archived workflows.

In this section, you can use the restore icon to reactivate a workflow.
