Pre-configured data in the Inrecruiting environment

Modified on Thu, 21 Aug at 2:40 PM

Inrecruiting is activated for each new client with a set of pre-configured data (available in all languages supported by Inrecruiting, currently 12), to be ready for use or to speed up the initial setup procedures.
As an example, the pre-loaded data includes candidate profile information and application forms, the “vacancy statuses” of the Hiring Pipeline, the dropdown field options available in the application, etc.
Each client is free to deactivate and/or modify the pre-configured data from the Settings area.

Dropdown fields not pre-filled during initial setup are as follows (the visibility of each field depends on the Inrecruiting modules included in the client’s contract plan):

  • Settings > Custom Fields > Vacancies > Project
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Vacancies > Internal Source
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Vacancies > Cost Items
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Vacancies > Business Unit
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Candidates > Issuing Authority
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Candidates > Application Source
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Clients > Actions
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Clients > Affiliated Group
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Job Orders > Job Order Status
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Job Orders > External Recruiters
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Teams > Intermediary Code
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Teams > Team Type
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Pre-Invoicing > Payment Code
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Pre-Invoicing > Recruiter Role
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Pre-Invoicing > Billing Tranche
  • Settings > Custom Fields > Suppliers > Supplier Type

For an optimal experience and greater effectiveness with Inrecruiting, we recommend that new clients request initial onboarding support from an application consultant.
The consultant will assess specific needs and then assist the client in creating new fields, adapting processes, inserting privacy information, etc.

As previously mentioned, each client is free to deactivate and/or modify the pre-configured data.
However, it’s important to know which fields in the Candidate Field Structure (System Settings > Process Management > Candidate Field Structure) are used as search filters in the Simple Search (Candidates > Search > Simple Search) in Inrecruiting.
If the client wishes to use the fields listed below in the simple search, it is essential to use the pre-configured data and only modify field values where necessary and possible.

PERSONAL DATA / CANDIDATE INFORMATION

  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • Member of protected categories

EDUCATION / STUDIES

  • Education level
  • Degree/Master
  • Final grade (specify reference scale: /60, /100, /110)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Profession / Role
  • Total years of experience
  • Industry
  • Career level

SKILLS

  • Skills

Finally, for clients with the CRM module active, and specifically Job Orders, the following dropdown fields are the same as those used when creating a Vacancy and therefore display the same values:

  • Profession / Role
  • Industry
  • Required education level
  • Years of experience
  • Contract type

Note: Clients using the integration with the Zucchetti HR Selection module do not need to configure the Candidate Field Structure in Inrecruiting, as it is inherited from the field structure set in Zucchetti.
