Welcome to Welcomin!

Welcomin is Zucchetti’s SaaS platform designed to simplify the pre-boarding process for new employees, ensuring quick and seamless integration into the company environment. With an innovative approach, Welcomin offers an engaging and well-structured pre-hiring experience, helping companies create a welcoming environment for new talent.

The platform facilitates communication between HR and new hires, enabling clear and transparent interaction. With organized management of pre-hiring activities, future employees receive all the necessary information to prepare for their entry into the company. This approach reduces adaptation time, improves team integration, and increases engagement from the very first steps in the new work environment.

Below you will find the basics of the software to start managing the process today.

1. Configure the environment

In the Settings area, you will find all Welcomin configurations. Here are the essential ones:

• Privacy (Settings > Privacy and Security > General > Privacy Policy Texts): here you will find what is needed to be GDPR compliant. By clicking on New Privacy Policy, you can create privacy texts and define whether to make them mandatory.
• Field Structure (Settings > Workflows > Workflow Form Fields): manage and create new fields that will be used in workflow forms.
• Step Content (Settings > Workflows > Content Configurations > Workflow Steps): define the information to request from the person and the documents to display and/or sign.
• Workflow (Settings > Workflows > Preboarding Workflows): create and manage the workflows you will send to people.
