Welcome to Welcomin!

Welcomin is Zucchetti’s SaaS platform designed to simplify the preboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and fast integration into the company. With an innovative approach, Welcomin offers an engaging and well-structured pre-hire experience, helping companies create a welcoming environment for new talent.

The platform facilitates communication between HR and new hires, enabling clear and transparent interaction. Through organized management of pre-hire activities, future employees receive all the necessary information to prepare for their first day. This approach shortens the adaptation period, improves team integration, and boosts engagement from the very beginning.

Welcomin also optimizes HR operations by reducing administrative workload and improving process management. Companies can ensure an effective preboarding experience, enhance the onboarding journey, and promote a positive and productive company culture from day one.


Here are the basics to start managing the process today:

1. Configure the environment

In the Settings area, you’ll find all Welcomin configurations. Here are the key ones:

  • Privacy (Settings > Privacy and Security > General > Privacy Texts): everything you need to be GDPR compliant. Click on New Privacy Policy to create privacy texts and define whether they are mandatory.
  • Field Structure (Settings > Workflows > Workflows > Workflow Form Fields): manage and create new fields to be used in workflow forms.
  • Step Content (Settings > Workflows > Content Configuration > Workflow Steps): define the information to request from the person and the documents to view and/or sign.
  • Workflow (Settings > Workflows > Workflows > Preboarding Workflows): create and manage the workflows to be sent to people.

2. Add your company users

In Settings, the Company Users module allows you to add colleagues and manage profiles:

  • Add Company Users (Settings > General > Company Users > New User): access the form to create a new company user profile and fill in the required fields.
  • Check Access (Settings > General > Company Users): view the list of users with access to the reserved area.

3. Add your people

In the side menu, the People module allows you to add new individuals:

  • Manual Addition (People > Add): fill out the form to create a person or create and invite them to complete a workflow.
  • Import (People > Import People): for bulk imports, upload a CSV file and proceed with the import.

4. Send Workflows to People

From the Workflows side menu, you can send workflows to individuals:

  • During person creation, click Save and Invite to Workflow.
  • From the people list, click Invite to Workflow next to the person’s name.
