You can access the list of published vacancies by clicking on Vacancies in the side menu.


The list displays a list of all available vacancies for your company.


In bold is the title of the vacancy, below which there is some general information about the vacancy, such as the ID, publication and expiry dates, the location of the vacancy and the company associated with the vacancy.


In line with the title, on the left-hand margin, we find the Vacancy Status, which gives the possibility of indicating for each vacancy the status concerning the progress of the selection process (e.g.: in progress, urgent, closed).


You can customise the statuses in the drop-down menu by clicking on Settings > Personalisations> Customisable fields > Vacancies  > Vacancy Status.


Proceeding to the right we find the number of views and applications received, the icon that indicates that multiposting is active, the icon that allows you to obtain the external link without the need to open the vacancy, and the icon that allows you to access the modification of the information concerning the vacancy at any time.


Finally, from the quick actions menu  it is possible to access the modification of the vacancy , duplicate it or archive it (deleted vacancies will be placed under Vacancies  > Archive).


The Hiring Pipeline column focuses on the number of candidates in each category.


By clicking on the number of candidates, you can access the details of the registrations received.


Finally, by clicking on the Export Vacancies button at the bottom of the Vacancies  list (Vacancies  > List) you can export a report of the Vacancies  created by your company in .CSV format.
