E-mail Gateway is a new feature that allows candidates to register into Inrecruiting through an e-mail address, which may be provided directly to the candidate, who can insert his CV as an attachment. The software will analyze the message to extract Name, Surname , e-mail and CV file attached.
You will have two types of addresses to use the E-mail Gateway:
1. Company E-Mail Gateway (Candidates > E-mail gateway): you can use this address to receive candidates' spontaneous application.
2. Vacancy E-mail Gateway (You'll find the link inside the Tab 2 during the vacancy creation, or by clicking the Share button of the vacancy in the Dashboard): you can use this address to receive candidates' application related to the vacancy.
Company users will find in Candidates > E-mail Gateway the list of the imported candidates via e-mail gateway
To import the application you have to click on the icon 
in the Tab Application received and, after checking the imported data, on Import to actually add the candidate on Inrecruiting database.
